Talent has become the root of national development,and talent resources have become the primary resources of a country and region.Without the support of talent,development will be impossible.Talent is the lifeblood and foundation of enterprise development.Brain drain has become an important problem in enterprise human resource management,which directly limits the enterprise’s human resource strategic planning and deployment.In essence,brain drain is the redistribution and re selection of human resources,which is related to the adjustment and conflict between productivity and production relations.With the reform of the national medical system,the flow of talents in the medical market has become more frequent,especially in private hospitals,which has become more active and uncertain.This paper takes Z private hospital as the research object,which is divided into six parts,and the contents of each part are as follows: the first chapter puts forward the background and significance of the research,the research status of brain drain at home and abroad,and the methods used in this paper.The second chapter is the theoretical basis.Firstly,it introduces the key concepts used in the process of writing,including brain drain,talent crisis management,job satisfaction and so on.Secondly,it introduces the relevant theories applied in this paper,including demand hierarchy theory,equity theory and two factor theory.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation and causes of brain drain in Z private hospital.Firstly,a brief introduction is given to Z private hospital,including the overview of the hospital,the organizational structure of the hospital,the overall situation of human resources in the hospital and the management mode of human resources in the hospital.Secondly,it analyzes the curre nt situation of brain drain in Z private hospital from two aspects: the description of the current situation of brain drain and the results.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons of brain drain in Z private hospital.Firstly,the questionnaire survey is carried out on the job satisfaction of Z private hospital,including the survey purpose and object,survey design and content,survey reliability and validity,survey results and so on.Secondly,it analyzes the reasons of brain drain in Z private hospital from the aspects of unreasonable salary structure,unfair promotion mechanism,high pressure of working environment,lack of talent crisis management system and imperfect performance appraisal mechanism.The fifth chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the brain drain of Z private hospital,and puts forward the countermeasures from five aspects: actively improving the scientific and reasonable salary structure,setting up a fair and transparent promotion management system,creating a comfortable and efficient working environment,formulating and improving the talent crisis management system,and improving the scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system.
