In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the construction of new medical departments in the health industry and the iterative reform of the medical insurance payment system,patients and hospitals have higher expectations and recognition standards for medical talents,and hospital talents are under increasing pressure,leading to resignation.The number of personnel has risen rapidly.Medical units with relatively concentrated high education and high professional titles rely most on the scarce resources of medical talents.There is a serious brain drain phenomenon in many public hospitals,which continues to affect the healthy development of the hospital.Therefore,how to take measures to slow down the brain drain is a subject that medical institutions must face and study.Taking a tertiary public hospital in Xinxiang City(hereinafter referred to as Hospital B)as the research unit,combined with the relevant management theory,using questionnaires to collect data and telephone interviews,the internal reasons for the continuous brain drain of Hospital B were analyzed.And put forward targeted improvement measures and countermeasures,hoping to provide a reference for the hospital management to make decisions in personnel training and management.In the article writing,the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview and case study method is used.The structure of the article is divided into parts.One is to sort out the research background and research significance after inquiring a large number of documents,and lead to the common problem of brain drain in hospitals;the second is to define and describe the concepts and management theories and models used in the paper;After analyzing the personnel turnover status of each post in Hospital B,the harm caused by the brain drain to the development of the hospital was concluded;fourth,the questionnaire and interview outline were designed,and the reasons for the hospital brain drain were comprehensively explored in the aggregated questionnaire and interview data;fifth It is to summarize the main reasons for the turnover of talents in various positions by establishing a model of the causes of brain drain;the sixth is to use the relevant knowledge of organizational management and human resource management to combine the actual situation of hospital B to formulate development plans,welfare benefits,performance distribution,organization Improvement plans and countermeasures for cultural construction and crisis early warning.
