How to excavate the artistic conception of traditional culture and create the spiritual value of Chinese TV variety art under the background of the collision and blending of different cultures in the era of globalization and integration of media is the main direction that Chinese TV has been striving to innovate in recent years.TV programs with Chinese characteristics and cultural styles are also increasingly appearing in the public's vision.As one of the phenomenal original cultural variety shows that have emerged in recent years in China,The Reader has gone out of the traditional way of entering the market for Chinese cultural variety shows.It is no longer blindly disseminating Chinese excellent traditional culture to the public through competitive competitions and cultural forums.Grasping the characteristics of anxiety and emotional deficiency of the audience in the fast pace of life in modern society,this paper shows the beauty of literature to the audience with the emotional experience of the guests as a clue,caters to the desire of slow culture in modern society where fast food culture prevails,and satisfies the desire of people to return to traditional culture and protest against over-entertainment.The current TV culture variety show has re-emphasized the social and cultural communication function of TV media.This paper selects the two seasons of "Lang Reader" programs that have been aired as text content,and conducts content analysis and audience survey.Through the research on the content of the program,it is found that "Lang Reader" takes the human emotion as the core,and uses the literature of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign as the carrier to find the balance between elite culture and popular culture through the interaction of the "reading" interpretation and the realistic reading pavilion on the screen.The spread of mainstream culture and values.Through the questionnaire survey,the program's viewing status and cultural communication effect were investigated.It was found that the audience of the program showed the characteristics of younger age and higher education level.In the process of watching the program,the motivation of the audience about the knowledge culture and emotional value has been well satisfied,which further promotes the “selfconfirmation” of the audience.The credibility of literature promoted through TV programs in the audience is still not good enough to spread the channels of traditional literature,but the literature of TV propaganda channels have higher satisfaction and acceptance in the audience,which has led to some classic works.The re-release and hot sale reflect the great potential of such TV culture variety shows in promoting literary communication.
