With political democratization, market economy, the value of diversification, in Post-Livelihood News' time more and more media resources transferred to the public. Now, with the flow of power among popular culture, cultural hegemony and the elite cultural dynamics, the narrative voice of Chinese television program text has been revealing the growing tendency of daily life and civilians at the present stage, and the "story" as a narrative art, which is the most popular and simple form, has become an effective means of survival for Chinese TV programs. So news programs is searching for the truth behind the "story", dramas is interpreting fictional "story", and when the "fact" encounters "fiction", a new type of TV text which is called "Columns Show" is being created.We chose cultural sociology perspectives to reorganize and show "Columns Show" Text, including the connotation of concept, survival context and the current situation, which is tightly combined with actual cases. From the marginal survival to of the WBC development, the paper applies thought to the text significance behind popular Columns Show: Columns Show produces happiness of cultural empowerment, cultural evasion and cultural subversion for the public from its relevance, oral sex, creativity and other unique cultural attitude; let the public enjoy their own space power, the new relations of production between media and the public have been converted to a tremendous productivity. While experiencing in the text happiness of Columns Show, the paper soberly deliberates about barriers which Columns Show may meet in the course of development and the most meaningful cultural trend of Columns Show.
