With the advent of the Internet era,people become increasingly dependent on handheld terminals and mobile Internet,which gradually changes people's lifestyle and consumption concepts.The popularization of mobile devices and the development of mobile technology promote the diversification of consumption scenes,and the O2 O model can permeate into every corner of residents' life.The traditional management mode of community property management is single,the labor cost is high,the related laws and regulations are not perfect,the service homogenization degree is high,causes the property management industry to face various challenges and the severe situation.The owner reflects the problems in the community to the property and can timely communicate and solve them quickly.The owner is most concerned about the control of various aspects in the community and whether it can provide good services for users.The mobile application community cube,based on the traditional offline property management and combined online and offline community property O2 O model,infuses the humanized service into the community life of users with more pertinence and richness and tries to solve the community problems to the maximum extent for the owners and improve the service quality.The full text is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction expounds the work of the selected topic origin,meaning and application value and the present development of the industry background and,as well as the main research contents,research methods and innovations,in order to improve the practical application value of subject,the author in Beijing Chaoyang district Berlin philharmonic district as an example to carry on the design and research;The second chapter describes the process of establishing core users and constructing user portraits through questionnaire survey analysis and user interview analysis.Field investigation in the community,understanding the business types of property,service process and other related information research and summary;Analyze and investigate competitive products in the Internet market.The third chapter focuses on target users,usage scenarios and user needs,and mainly expounds the planning and design of community cube in terms of function positioning,information architecture,interaction process and visual expression.Chapter four summarizes the topic and hopes for the future.
