The Design And Implementation Of Community Service Management System Based On The Android

With the rapid urbanization process of China, more and more community has been established in the city. More communities in Jinan also constructed due to rapid development of urbanization. Although the size and number of community continues to expand, the management of community did not establish an efficient management model; still rely on manual methods that waste a lot of valuable human, material and financial resources invisibly. For this reason, is very necessary and significant to establish an efficient community service management system.The community service management system which based on Android is used popular B/S architecture in currently, which is the browser/server mode, using the MVC concept design. On code implementation,if using java-level programming language, J2EE platform used for overall design, integrated struts, Hibernate framework technology to complete system design, the relational database SQL SERVER 2012 used on the data storage.The community service management system which based on Android is combined with the actual situation and project requirements of Jinan. The system to achieve five main functions, they are:community management, community property management, community payment management, systems management, mobile service applications. Including the basic functions of interact between the owners and property companies, managers and owners, managers and property company. Community Management which includes four aspects is:community creation, community management, community administrators’management and bulletin management. Community property management includes six aspects are:community areas management, community building management, community housing management, property staff management, owners management and work order management, in community payment management includes four aspects are:payment management, payment inquiries, payment SMS notification, SMS management. The system management mainly includes three aspects are:administrative division management, role management and district administrator. Mobile service applications including news management, recommend business management, property supply and demand management, human qualification management, property supplies management, and advertising decoration management.The community management realized automated and paperless of office work by using of android-based community service management system,it can provide efficient, convenient, and faster service to the owners of Jinan mobile community. By integrating closely related service with people’s daily life to achieve fast and efficient premium services and management, it can better coordination the relationship between managers, service providers, and dweller, which greatly improves the efficiency of community management, to provide a safe and comfortable modern information home life for the people.
