Design And Implementation Of Community Service Management Information System

With the rapid development of information technology, it has a comprehensive influence on community construction. Community as a basic unit of the city, it is the direct source of the social members of various kinds of information data. Community informatization plays a more and more important role in the information construction in the city. Informatization technology based on basic information resource collection, reporting, management, analysis, so as to provide data support, which greatly improving the management and service skills of the grass-roots party and government organs. Community service management information system will make the street and community divided into a certain number of grids, construct a data resource management system based on grid, implementation the humanized service and fine management for person, building, tings within the jurisdiction.This paper by describes the system development background, goal and significance, puts forward the necessity of the development of community service management information system, and then analyzes the main implementation technology, make sure the system structure and technical solution of the system, then according to the actual needs of users, refine business operation process of the system, proposed the solution of the system, at last, introduced the detailed design and implementation of the system in detail. What I have finished in thesis work mainly in the following points, one is to participate in the investigation and analysis in the project, and tessellate business functional requirements based on the actual needs of customers; Second, participate in the overall system architecture design, control layer and business logic layer architecture design, data persistence design and storage design, by using clear hierarchical design, it is improve system reusability and extensibility. Third, completed the design and division about the main function module of the system, finished the module of population information management, housing information management, community health management, community comprehensive management, community affairs management, community event management and custom log management independently. In addition, this paper elaborated the test validation about system, and makes the summary and the forecast to the full text work.The functions of the system have been fully implemented, and it has been running stable. It is better meet the business needs of the customer. The system using GIS (Geographic Information System), what make the community workers achieved information visualization management based on position. It is convenient for the community management decision, and promotes the long-term development of community management services.
