With the rapid development of B2 C e-commerce such as Taobao and Jingdong,online shopping is no stranger to consumers,and it also deepens consumers' trust in online shopping transactions,including capital security and logistics trust in the transaction process.It has also quietly become one of the main channels for consumers to shop.Nowadays,hypermarkets and community department stores are declining,shopping centers are becoming saturated,and the traditional business model of the community has been strongly impacted by e-commerce.How to realize the community-based e-commerce operation mode is the focus of the current e-commerce field.This model integrates e-commerce with traditional consumption of the community to achieve four forms of online purchase,online payment,speed delivery and store experience.According to changes in user consumption habits and consumer demand,the company introduces personalized services to attract long-term community groups.Stable consumption,connecting the online and offline resources of the community,forming a stable,closed-loop regional and localized consumption.Based on the above problems,this paper proposes a new intelligent community O2 O mall system,which aims to achieve online shopping through online shopping districts and community short-distance distribution services by integrating consumers,community local services and community idle resources.It is integrated with offline to provide a quality and convenient life for the community.The front-end part of the system is composed of mobile client(Android,IOS)and web portal.Community residents can then perform shopping,product purchase,submit orders and online payment,etc.Web management terminal for platform administrators and merchants.It is used by administrators,mainly including store management,product classification management,product release,order delivery management,and role review.The background service interface is mainly designed and developed based on the J2 EE platform technology.It communicates with the front end through a unified interface,and uses the middleware technology to separate the front and back ends,which improves the reliability and scalability of the system.In addition,the personalized recommendation service is added to enhance the user's shopping satisfaction and good experience.This paper first introduces the project background and research significance of the smart community O2 O mall system,and then from the community government,online e-commerce and community distribution,according to community residents,community merchants,community distributors and platform administrators four object-to-system Through the demand analysis and the main business process analysis,the system architecture and main functional modules are determined through the outline design of the whole system.The personalized recommendation module uses the user-based collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm for calculation.The system adopts the design style of distributed service.The Java-based SSM framework(Spring+SpringMVC+Mybatis)is used to design the back-end server and integrates the service-oriented architecture of SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture)for efficient agile development.The detailed design and implementation of the system will describe the overall architecture of the system and the business process of each module.Finally,the system will be tested and analyzed,and the work summary and future work will be prospected.
