Study On Technology Of Intelligent Community Service Management Platform

With the rapid development of information technology and the popularization of mobile intelligent terminals,people's way of life has changed greatly,where the idea of intellectualization is being integrated into people's life service.In recent years,the concept of “smart city” began to enter the people's horizons and quickly received widespread attention.As the basic unit of the city,the community is also an important area in people's daily life,whose development and construction is particularly important,where the level of the intelligent construction of the community is directly related to the comfort,convenience and sustainable life of urban residents.Therefore,the research of intelligent community system has great significance for smart city construction and resident's life intellectualization.Based on the intelligent community construction project of a technology limited company,aimed at community residents and property agencies,by analyzing the present situation and application pattern of intelligent community,this paper is aim to understand the needs and actual situation of community residents,under which to put forward an application model of intelligent community system,thus to design and implement an intelligent community system which combines PC management platform and Android mobile service platform.The main work of this paper is as follows.1.The introduction of intelligent community research background.Besides,the domestic and international research situation of intelligent community theories,mobile internet and mobile terminal are reviewed.then expounds the purpose and significance for the research of the intelligent community system.2.After in-depth research on the theory of intelligent community,this paper analyzes the needs of community residents and property,and presents an intelligent community application model.The model includes six modules of the intelligent community,such as main body,resource environment,sensing device and network transmission,management and analysis system,business processing system and data storage system.Taking the main body of the community as the center,based on the resource environment and network transmission,this research integrated management analysis system and business processing system,efficiently manage community information and provide quality living service for owners to build a safe,efficient,comfortable and convenient community living environment.In addition,the relevant technologies for the realization of PC and mobile terminal of intelligent community system are studied.3.Based on the application model of intelligent community,this task make the overall design for the system and carried out design respectively for the function module design for intelligent community system PC terminal management platform and mobile service platform.Then,using the technology of Java EE and Android to encode every function modules of the intelligent community system and explain the technical problems encountered in the implementation.4.Finally,the function test and performance test of each function module of the system are carried out to verify the usability of the intelligent community system described in the paper.
