Social adaptability is beneficial to adapt the social psychological characteristics of personality and the sum of individual psychological tendencies. It affects the individual’s feelings and understanding of social pressure, but also determines the individual coping strategies of social adaptation. In the other groups, research suggests that it have a positive correlation between social support and social adaptability, also social support can predict social adaptability. It provide a theoretical basis that social support for the introduction of interventions can improve social adaptability of junior high school students.Group counseling can provide psychological help and guidance of a consultative form in group scenarios. Previous studies show that group counseling can effectively improve the junior high school social adaptability. In this study, the characteristics of ecological migration junior and group counseling characteristics. It will explore how to improve the effectiveness of social adaptation junior as an ultimate aim, the group counseling interventions as independent variables; Social adaptability can’t directly intervene in a short time. It’s an important factor that social support as an effective social adaptation predict, so in this article, it will explore how to improve ecological migration zone junior high school students social support with the junior high school social adaptability. The design of the "pre-test-intervention-posttest-Tracking posttest,"the dynamic test procedure for multiple interventions and multiple measurement points of longitudinal data, so it can detect the effect of the intervention and durability.This study is divided into three parts:the first study of ecological migration zone status of junior high school social adaptation; secondly, ecological migration area junior high school social adaptability factors; Third, the study of social support group counseling to improve ecological migration zone junior effectiveness of social adaptability. Through analysis and discussion of the results of this study the following conclusions:(1) Whether the parents work outside the home and moved to ecological migration zone time junior social adaptation did not produce significant effects; ecological migrants area junior high school grade and gender in social adaptation does not exist significant differences;(2) Ecological migration zone junior social support and social adaptation there was a significant positive correlation, and social support can effectively predict social adaptation;(3) Social support factors of social adaptability, social support groups, counseling can effectively improve the ecological migrants area junior high school social adaptability, and the effect is persistent.
