| ObjectiveBy comparing the clinical efficacy,TCM syndromes and changes of TCM single symptoms and signs of three external therapies of The acupoint application in both dog days(the three periods of the hottest days)and three nine-day periods after the winter solstice(the three periods of the coldest days),The physical differentiation in four seasons of knead ridge method and The combination of the acupoint application in both dog days and three nine-day periods after the winter solstice and the physical differentiation in four seasons of knead ridge method in the prevention and treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children, and to optimize the best scheme to guide clinical practice.Methods96 cases of recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into three groups,The acupoint application in both dog days(the three periods of the hottest days)and three nine-day periods after the winter solstice(the three periods of the coldest days)group(group A),The physical differentiation in four seasons of knead ridge method group(group B),The combination of the acupoint application in both dog days and three nine-day periods after the winter solstice and the physical differentiation in four seasons of knead ridge method group(group C),32 cases in each group. After two years of treatment and follow-up,The nodes of each group at different time were compared and analyzed. To observe the changes of disease type, frequency, course of attack, antibiotic usage and single symptom and sign of TCM before and after the three treatments.one year and two years after treatment,To analyse and summarize the changes of clinical efficacy,TCM syndromes and single symptom and sign of TCM of the three groups in stages. All data were processed by SPSS 21.0 analysis software.Result1.Basic data: There was no significant difference in age, sex, height, birth weight, mode of production, age of onset, type of disease and course of relapse between groups(P>0.05).2.The judging conditions of clinical efficacy: The number of acute respiratory tract infections: one year after treatment, the number of acute respiratory tract infections ingroup C was significantly lower than that in group A and B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Two years after treatment, the number of acute respiratory tract infections in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and B(P<0.01);Average days of treatment for acute respiratory tract infections(course of disease): one year after treatment, the course of disease in group C was significantly shorter than that in group A and B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Two years after treatment, the course of disease in group C was shorter than that in group A and B,with significant difference(P<0.05);Types of acute respiratory tract infections(diseases): After one year of treatment, the prognosis of each disease in group C was significantly better than that in group A and B(P<0.05).After two years of treatment, the prognosis of each disease in group C was significantly better than that in group A and group B(P<0.01).3.Clinical efficacy: One year after treatment, the clinical effective rate was 80% in group A,75% in group B and 87.1% in group C.Two years of treatment, the overall effective, the clinical efficacy of each group were better than one year of treatment(P<0.05).The clinical effect of group C was better than that of group A and group B(P<0.05).4.Growth and development: After one year and two years of treatment, the changes of growth and development(height and weight)of children with multiple sensitivities did not affect the clinical efficacy, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).5.Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes: TCM syndromes score: one year after treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of each group(P>0.05).After two years of treatment, the score of TCM syndromes in group C was lower than that in group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of TCM syndromes: one year and two years after treatment, the curative effect of TCM syndromes in each group was 100%.The "marked effect plus cure" rate was 60% in group A,71.5% in group B and 87% in group C for one year,80% in group A,75% in group B and 87.1% in group C for two years. The curative effect of TCM syndromes in group C was significantly better than that in group A and group B(P<0.01).6.Symptoms and signs of TCM: One year after treatment, group C was significantly better than group A and group B in improving night sweat and spontaneous sweat(P<0.01).In improving hyperhidrosis, group C was better than group A and group B,with statistical significance(P<0.01).After two years of treatment, the improvementof night sweat, spontaneous sweat and abnormal tongue coating in group C was better than that in group A and group B,with significant difference(P<0.01);the improvement of hypoxia, laziness, shortness of breath, fatigue, inertia, dry stool, weak waist and knee, cold limbs or limbs not warm, hyperhidrosis and abnormal tongue in group C was better than that in group A and group B,with significant difference(P<0.05).7.Use of antibiotics: Oral administration of antibiotics: one year and two years after treatment, the frequency of antibiotic use in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The efficacy of group A and group B was similar, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Intramuscular injection of antibiotics: Compared with before treatment, the frequency of intramuscular injection of antibiotics in each group decreased significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after one year and two years of treatment(P>0.05).Antibiotic intravenous drip: After one year of treatment, the frequency of antibiotic intravenous drip in group C was lower than that in group A and B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Oral administration of antibiotics plus intramuscular injection: Compared with before treatment, the frequency of oral administration and intramuscular injection of antibiotics in each group decreased significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after one year and two years of treatment(P>0.05).Oral administration of antibiotics plus intravenous drip: After one year and two years of treatment, the frequency of oral administration of antibiotics plus intravenous drip in group C was better than that in group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The combination of the acupoint application in both dog days and three nine-day periods after the winter solstice and the physical differentiation in four seasons of knead ridge therapy for prevention and treatment of restorative sensation, the clinical effective rate in the first year was 87.1%,and the clinical effective rate in the second year was 100%.The curative effect of TCM syndromes in the first year and the second year were 100%.Compared with simply applying acupoint application in both dog days and three nine-day periods after the winter solstice or the physical differentiation in four seasons of knead ridge therapy, the therapeutic effect and TCM syndromes of this therapy are better. And the longer the course of treatment, the moreobvious the curative effect advantage.2.Age,sex,birth weight, mode of production, age at onset, type of disease, course of relapse, growth and development during treatment(weight, height change)are not factors affecting clinical efficacy.3.The combination of the acupoint application in both dog days and three nine-day periods after the winter solstice and the physical differentiation in four seasons of knead ridge therapy can significantly reduce the number of acute respiratory tract infections in children with multiple sensitivities, shorten the average days of treatment for acute respiratory tract infections, change the location of respiratory tract infections from bottom to top, change the type of diseases from mixed to simple, and change the severity from severe to light.4.The combination of the acupoint application in both dog days and three nine-day periods after the winter solstice and the physical differentiation in four seasons of knead ridge therapy can significantly improve symptoms and signs of children with restorative sensation, such as hypoxia, laziness, shortness of breath, fatigue, stupor, dry stool, weak waist and knee, cold limbs/limbs not warm, sweating, abnormal tongue, etc. The longer the course of treatment, the more obvious the effect. It shows that this method has certain effect on the deficiency of both spleen and kidney. It is not suitable for the deficiency of both lung and spleen yin.It is most suitable for the multiple sensation of deficiency of both lung and spleen and imbalance of Ying and Wei.5.The combination of the acupoint application in both dog days and three nine-day periods after the winter solstice and the physical differentiation in four seasons of knead ridge therapy can significantly reduce the frequency of antibiotic treatment in children with allergic respiratory tract infection, and change the route of antibiotic administration(from intravenous drip to oral administration).6.The combination of the acupoint application in both dog days and three nine-day periods after the winter solstice and the physical differentiation in four seasons of knead ridge therapy is the preferred external treatment scheme for prevention and treatment of relapse. |
