Summer And Winter Warm Acupuncture And Governance On The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Allergic Rhinitis

Objective By the method of randomized controlled temperature observation acupuncture for winter and summer on the quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis, evaluation the clinical curative effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion for winter and summer treat.Methods Collected from January2013to January2014in xiamen, traditional Chinese acupuncture, ent, respiratory outpatient treatment of66cases of patients with allergic rhinitis, divide into2groups according to the principle of randomized, controlled, and control group33cases respectively, and the experimental group30cases. All the cases of the two groups were treated points(DU14, BL12, BL13, BL20, BL23) with the warming acupuncture treatment. Experimental group chose the three periods of the hot season and the third nine-day period after the winter solstice for treatment, a total of30times. Control group in other time except the day of the three periods of the hot season and the third nine-day period after the winter solstice for a treatment, a total of30times. Recorded the quality of life score and the total score at the time of half course end and at the end of the treatment. The data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS16.0for windows.Results Efficacy:(1)Each life quality was improved, the experimental group is better than that of control group (P<0.05).(2)At the end of the treatment, the treatment of half period of treatment to improve curative effect. Comparison between groups:(1)At the end of the half period of treatment, the experimental group in the quality of life scores and sleep, nasal congestion, sneezing, itchy eyes and so on four aspects is better than that of control group (P <0.05).(2)At the end of the treatment, the experimental group and quality of life scores of rhinitis symptoms, emotional, behavioral, nasal symptoms, itchy, watery eyes, and the eye is swollen, etc., were better than control group (P<0.05). Within the group are:(1)At the end of the half period of treatment, the experimental group and control group in each score and total score of life quality score were better than before treatment (P<0.05).(2)At the end of the treatment, the experimental group and control group in each score and total score of life quality score were better than at the end of the half period of treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion (1)For winter and summer temperature cure acupuncture treatment in adult patients with allergic rhinitis curative effect is distinct, the quality of life improved significantly, embodies the unity of theory of TCM in clinical practical value.(2)Keep warm acupuncture treatment of curative effect is distinct during the three periods of the hot season and the third nine-day period after the winter solstice, it means the time factors on the treatment effect.(3)In other time before or after the three periods of the hot season and the third nine-day period after the winter solstice, the warm acupuncture treatment has curative effect.
