Purpose:Acute cerebral apoplexy has become into another except cancer and heart disease death in human disease, serious threat to human health, there are serious burden to the family and the society, so acute stage in patients with cerebral apoplexy mortality rate for accurate assessment will help to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment. Predict the prognosis of acute brain stroke scale many at home and abroad, including SOAR execution scale is a simple, easy to evaluate time is short, its variable advantages of fixed phase the acute onset of stroke. This research through SOAR execution scale is applied to forecast the third people’s hospital in dalian in patients with acute cerebral apoplexy in hospital early mortality(7 days).Method:Collect the third people’s hospital in dalian nerve internal medicine and surgery in September 2013 to March 2015 in hospital patients with acute cerebral apoplexy. Consistent with the 1996 national conference on cerebrovascular disease for the fourth time through the "all kinds of cerebrovascular disease diagnosis" diagnostic criteria of the midbrain stroke. With reference to the internal medicine of TCM diagnostic criteria for stroke, in selected patients divided into meridian and viscera in the two groups. To SOAR execution into the group of patients are all rating scale, record the patient’s hospitalization days and death. Using SAS 9.1.3 statistical software for statistical analysis and processing, by t test and x2 test, ROC curve, multivariate logistic regression analysis to statistical data, with p < 0.05 said the difference was statistically significant.Results:Stroke patients, 189 people, live 136, killed 53 people, among them 7 days(including 7 days) to 45 deaths, remove more than 7 days died eight people, statistics 181. Viscera in channels and collaterals in 124 people, 57 people, the comparison, the two groups of patients with visceral SOAR execution score is high, the mortality is high within 7 days(P<0.05), with statistical significance.Mortality in patients with acute cerebral apoplexy 7 days increased with the increase of the SOAR execution scale score(P < 0.05), with statistical significance.Area under the curve within 7 days of the mortality of subjects was 0.810.SOAR execution in the scale and within 7 days of the most relevant factors for classification of stroke mortality.Conclusion:SOAR execution based on four simple variable scale for patients with acute cerebral apoplexy in hospital early mortality prediction has a reference value.
