The Clinical Research On Allergic Rhinitis With The Treatment Point Applacation On Hot Summer Days And Before Hot Summer Days

Objective:1.The three hot summer days and hot days of summer with three days before the three consecutive G day acupoint application of allergic rhinitis patients.2.Acupoint sticking of allergic rhinitis patients serum immunoglobulin IgE, IgG levels and the number of eosinophils in the impact. 3.Point application for non-dog days of summer to carry out the treatment of allergic rhinitis provide theoretical and clinical basis.Methods:Select the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, Second Affiliated Hospital and the ENT out-patient rehabilitation of patients and healthy people as research subjects, patients met the inclusion criteria selected 40 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis, according to the principle of randomization, patients were divided into two groups:dog days 20 cases before the group, dog days of summer group of 20 patients, with the Mustard Seed, Asarum, euphorbia, Corydalis, Ginger, made of ephedra and other herbal cake, the choice of Ojo, Feishu, spleen, Shenshu, Zusanli, every ten days drug once posted a total of 3 times. Selected 20 patients with healthy people as control were measured before treatment and 3 months after the number of blood eosinophils (EOS), serum immunoglobulinE, G levels, clinical efficacy was observed.Results:(1) Hot summer days before the group and dog days of summer before the group and the group of symptoms before and after treatment group effect, EOS, serum immunoglobulin E, G levels were not significantly different (P>0.05).(2)Hot days of summer before the group and the hot summer days in group comparison symptom efficacy, IgE, EOS significant difference (P<0.05); both group IgG was no significant difference (P>0.05); healthy group compared EOS, IgE, IgG no significant difference (P>0.05).(3) Hot summer days before the group, hog days of summer group and the healthy group before and after treatment group IgE, EOS were significantly different (P<0.05), IgG between the groups before and after treatment was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The hot summer days and hot days of summer before the acupoint sticking therapy for allergic rhinitis, the clinical efficacy of recognition.(2)Acupoint application of Chinese medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis can effectively reduce the number of blood eosinophils, serum immunoglobulin IgE, elevated immunoglobulin IgG.(3)The hot summer days and hot days of summer before the point sticking therapy for allergic rhinitis clinical efficacy and immune parameters were no significant differences.(4)Acupoint sticking allergic rhinitis no significant adverse reactions, is a safe and effective topical formulations of traditional Chinese medicine, it is worth a further application.
