Research On Professor Sun Shentian’s Experience In Treating Pain In "Tiaoshentongluo" Acupuncture Based On Data Mining

Objective:Summarizing the clinical experience of the Professor Sun Shentian apply the theory of "TiaoShenTongLuo" Acupuncture to treat pain.Data mining the medical and analyze of pain treated by Professor Sun Shentian with the method of "TiaoShenTongLuo"Acupuncture.Searching the feasibility of decision tree analysis in experience inheritance of famous and experienced Traditional Chinese Medicine doctorsMethods:Through collecting the research papers,conference lecture and outpatient pain medical records from April 2018 to January 2019.At last 204 cases medical records met the inclusion criteria were included in the study.Sorting and reducing the materials whiche has been collected.And then summing the academic experience of"TiaoShenTongLuo" Acupuncture in terms of Rules of acupoints selection and Acupuncturd manipulation.data preparation and normalizing the data of case database which was established by extracting information from the collected cases frequency analysis,cluster analysis,decision tree analysis.Then discussing the result and studying the clinical rule of "TiaoShenTongLuo"Acupuncture.Results:1.Frequency analysisThe results of frequency analysis of all cases showed that female patients are 1.56 times as many as male patients.Most of patients age are from 40 to 70 years old.The frequency analysis results of western medicine diagnosis showed that neurosis is the most common disease,accounting for 8%.Arthralgia syndrome,accounting for 35%,is the common disease in Chinese medicine.All patients used a total of 39 acupuncture points,In terms of use frequency,Baihui,Emotional area and Feng chi are the top three acupoints.Du meridian Head needle partition and gallbladder meridian have the highest frequency in all those meridians.The most common Tongue Picture is pale tongue and the most common tongue coating is white tongue coating.The most common pulse is taut pulse,wiry pulse and thready pulse2.Cluster analysisAll acupoints can be aggregated the group of treating prosopodynia,meralgia;the group of matching acupoint to upper limb pain and the group of adjusting brain and heart at the same time.The group of treating prosopodynia,meralgia could be divide into the group of pain in the dorsolateral extremity and the group of side pain after stroke.the group of adjusting brain and heart at the same time could be grouped into the group of regulating brain to relieving pain,the group of treating headache with wind-evil and the group of regulating mind supporting the healthy energy3.Association rulesThe indication of association rules analysis some acupoints are highly correlated as:Xia guan,B ai hui;Da zhui,Tai yang,Feng chi.The association of acupuncture point and diagnosis showed that the result of acupuncture point and Chinese and western medicine is fit.Such as Xia guan is highly correlated with prosopalgia and mianfengtong;Bai hui is highly correlated with many kinds of headache,which is diagnosis by Chinese and Western medicine.the result of association rules of diagnosis and gender find that woman is highly correlated with emotional disease,man is highly correlated with waist disease4.Decision tree analysisTaking Bai hui and Xia guan as decision points,three groups of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis were constructed.The first group diagnosed is head and face disease.The second group diagnosed is chest and abdomen diseases.The third group diagnosed is waist and lower limb diseases.The first group and the second group common diagnosed are head and upper limb disease.The second group and the third group diagnosed are chest,abdomen and lower limb diseases.The three groups mutual diagnosed is systemic diseases and cephalofacial diseases.Conclusion:1."TiaoShenTongLuo" Acupuncture can relieve pain by adjusting the brain,the heart and the body meridian.The idea of treating pain by "TiaoShenTongLuo" Acupuncture is reflected in the following two aspects:(1)Attach importance to adjusting the the brain,the heart and the the governor meridian to adjusting the mind and relieving pain;(2)pay attention to reasonable matching acupoint in body meridian to relieve pain2.Cluster analysis could get some prescription for selecting and matching acupoints of "TiaoShenTongLuo" Acupuncture.Association rules find some special disease have a high correlation with special acupoint and gender.The results of the two analyses are consistent with the clinic experience3.According to the analysis of the decision tree,some distinctive Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnose can be classified by Bai hui and Tai yang,and the classification results are consistent with the clinical results.
