The Experience Of Professor Liu Zhongyong In Treating Palpitations Based On Data Mining Technology

Research purpose:Based on data mining technology,347 prescriptions for treating palpitations collected by Professor Liu Zhongyong were analyzed by data mining methods of association rules and complex system clustering,and the prescription rules and potential drug combinations were summarized.Research methods:Excel sheet was used to calculate the names,characteristics and flavors of the included drugs,and statistical charts were made.SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to analyze the included traditional Chinese medicine,and the results were displayed visually on the network.SPSS Statistics 26.0 software was used for systematic cluster analysis and frequency analysis of the included traditional Chinese medicine.To collect and screen Professor Liu Zhongyong’s prescriptions for palpitations,analyze them as data sources,dig out high-frequency drug combinations,and find core combinations and new prescriptions,so as to clarify the internal relationship between disease-prescription-drug.Research results:Based on data mining,this paper discusses the medication rules of Professor Liu Zhongyong in treating palpitations.Palpitations are divided into four syndrome types: stagnation of liver and Qi,disconnection of heart and kidney,deficiency of both heart and spleen,deficiency of heart and Yang.1.The top six frequently used drugs in palpitation of liver qi stasis syndrome were Bupleurum(90),Salvia miltiorrhiza(88),Yujin(74),woody incense(69),Tangerine(68)and Chuanxong(64).The top five drug combinations with high frequency were Salvia miltiorrhiza-Fuxiang(70),Chaihu-Fu Shen(59),Salvia miltiorrhiza-Fuxiang-Bupleurum radix(54),Salvia Miltiorrhiza-Fuxiang-Yujin1(51)and Chaihu-Fu Shen-Salvia miltiorrhiza-Fushen(46).A total of 15 core drug combinations were obtained,and 3 new prescriptions were obtained by using systematic clustering algorithm in SPSS Statistics 26.0.2.The top six frequentlyused drugs in palpitation of heart-kidney disjunction syndrome were yam(52),cornus officinalis(51),Danpi(50),Alismatid alismatid(50),Chuangxiong(48)and Rehmannia rehmannia(45).The top five high frequency drug combinations were Chinese yam-Fructus officinalis(51),Fructus officinalis-Fructus officinalis(50),Chinese yam-Fructus officinalis(50),Chinese yam-Fructus officinalis-Fructus officinalis officinalis(50),Fructus officinalis officinalis-Fructus officinalis officinalis(49).A total of 17 core drug combinations were obtained,and 3 new prescriptions were obtained by using systematic clustering algorithm in SPSS Statistics 26.0.3.The top six frequently used drugs in palpitation of heart and spleen deficiency syndrome were Atractylodes atractylodes(99),Angelica sinensis(94),Codonopsis radix(86),salvia miltiorrhiza(80),tangerine bark(75)and Radix xylosa(75).High frequency of drug combinations first five respectively is dang-main astragalus membranaceus(69),Chinese angelica-main astragalus atractylodes(63),rhizoma ligustici wallichii-puerarin(62),Chinese angelica-main astragalus,codonopsis(60),Chinese angelica-main astragalus membranaceus-salvia miltiorrhiza(53);A total of 18 core drug combinations were obtained,and 3 new prescriptions were obtained by using systematic clustering algorithm in SPSS Statistics 26.0.4.Heart Yang deficiency syndrome palpitation frequency used in the first six drugs are cassia twig(69),alisma(67),atractylodes(65),poria cocos(64),grifola(63),angelica(53);High frequency of drug combinations first five respectively is cassia twig-atractylodes(65),cassia twig-extracted alisma(63),cassia twig grifola-alisma(62),cassia twig tuckahoe-atractylodes(60),alisma grifola-atractylodes(59).A total of 25 core drug combinations were obtained,and 3 new prescriptions were obtained by using systematic clustering algorithm in SPSS Statistics 26.0.Research conclusions:In this study,the method of data mining was used to analyze the prescription of Professor Liu Zhongyong for treating palpitations,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.Professor Liu Zhongyong’s treatment of palpitations starts from strengthening the child and benefiting the mother,tonalizing the double heart,promoting the heart and kidney,supplement qi to warm yang,emphasizing the overall concept and the specific application of syndrome differentiation and treatment,emphasizing the integration of the five viscera and the balance of Yin and Yang.2.Commonly used drugs for liver qi stagnation syndrome include Bupleurum,salvia miltiorrhiza,Yujin,wood incense,tangerina peel,Chuanxiong,etc.Most of them are drugs for regulating qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The commonly used drugs of heart-kidney disjoint syndrome are yam,corni officinalis,Danpian,alismati,Chuanxiong,Rehmannia,etc.Most of them are tonic drugs,clear deficiency heat drugs,and moisturizing drugs.The commonly used drugs for the deficiency syndrome of the heart and spleen are atelectincture,Angelica,Codonopsis,salvia miltiorrhiza,tangerine peel,and wood incense,etc.Most of them are tonic drugs,blood-activating drugs,and qi regulating drugs.Xinyang deficiency syndrome commonly used drugs are cassia twig,alismatid,Atraecia,poria,Poria,angelica,etc.,mostly for surface medicine,water and moisture,tonic medicine.3.Through systematic cluster analysis,three new treatment prescriptions and one core prescription were respectively obtained for the syndrome of stagnation of liver and Qi,disjunction of heart and kidney,deficiency of both heart and spleen,and deficiency of heart and Yang,which can be used for reference in clinical medicine.
