Objective By collecting the relavant medical case information of patients with dysuria in outpatient of professor Wang Kungen.In order to provide basis for Chinese medicine treatment of dysuria.We discuss the medication rule of professor Wang Kungen in the treatment of dysuria and understand his academic thoughts by using data mining technology.Methods According to the arrangement standard,The study has collected relavant clinical documents of 217 cases of dysuria coming from the clinical diagnosis and treatment database of Wang Kungen,and builded the clinical diagnosis and treatment subdatabase of Wang Kungen.In order to ensure the accuracy and uniformity of database.We standardized the information of the database.With the help of the analysis function of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platformV3.0.We collected and analyzed the medical records in the database.Through the frequency analysis function of the platform,the distribution of dysuria symptoms,syndromes and treatment principles and methods,as well as the application frequency,four natures,five flavors and channel distribution of drugs were counted.The common drug pairs and drug combinations with dysuria were obtained through association rules by setting appropriate support and confidence.The K-means algorithm was used to conduct clustering analysis,and the number of clustering was asjusted to evolve five core combination clusters.Through the analysis of the above statistical results,this paper summarizes the prescription and syndrome teratment rules and clinical esperience of Wang Kungen,a famous docter of TCM.Results The study collected 217 medical records of dysuria,including 196 traditional Chinese medicines.1.The top ten symptoms were nocturnal frequent urination,leakage of urine,frequent urination,fatigue and weakness,poor sleep at night,small abdominal distension,poor urination,normal defecation,dry mouth and yellow urination.The syndrome distribution from high to low is liver and kidney insufficiency,blood stasis heat in lower coke,damp heat in lower coke,kidney loss and astringency,spleen deficiency with dampness,kidney deficiency,deficiency of qi and yin,kidney instability,liver vigorous and disturbing the spirit,spleen and kidney insufficiency,liver depression and internal heat,sanjiao tongli loss of division.The distribution of treatment principles and methods from high to low is clearing dampness and heat,nourishing kidney and solidifying astringency,nourishing kidney and qi,nourishing liver and kidney and nourishing yin,nourishing liver and kidney,nourishing qi and solidifying kidney,clearing lung and dispersing knot,clearing blood stasis and heat,clearing liver and calming spirit,removing blood stasis and relieving pain,tongli sanjiao,tonifying kidney and filling essence,transporting spleen and elimination turbidity.2.The drug properties were mostly cold,flat and warm.The medicine tastes were mainly sweet,bitter and spicy.The meridians of the drugs were mainly the liver,lung,spleen and kidney meridians.The top ten ingredients of drug application frequency were Shengdi,Shanzhuyu,Huangqi,Fuling,Miren,Wuyao,Danshen,Chishao,Gouqizi,Tusizi.3.Through association rule analysis and debugging,a prescription association result with support degree of 45 and confidence degree of 0.85 was obtained.A total of 38 commonly used drug patterns and 15 core prescriptions composed of 12 traditional Chinese medicines were obtained.The top five drug pairs were Shengdi Shanzhuyu,Shanzhuyu Huangqi,Shengdi Fuling,Gouqizi Tusizi,Shengdi Huangqi.There were four groups of cornus officinalis with confidence of 1,which were Shanzhuyu,Fuling Shengdi,Shanzhuyu,Danshen Shengdi,Danshen,Gouqizi Huangqi,Danshen,Tusizi Huangqi.4.Five core combinations of drug clustering were obtained by Kmeans algorithm.The first drug clustering core combination is Shengdi,Shanzhuyu,Fuling,Chenpi,Miren,Chanhu.The second drug clustering core combination is Shanzhuyu,Huangqi,Gouqizi,Danshen,Miren,Baihuasheshecao.The third drug clustering core combination is Shengdi,Fuling,Danpi,Chichao,Chaihu,Huangqin.The fourth drug clustering core combination is Qumai,Cheqiancao,Chishao,Bianxu,Shengdi,Gancao.The fifth drug clustering core combination is Wuyao,Huangqi,Shanzhuyu,Shengdi,Tusizi,Gouqizi.Conclusion Through the analysis method of data mining,this study found that Professor Wang Kungen advocated the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation in the diagnosis and treatment of dysuria.First distinguish primary disease,second distinguish concurrent disease,comprehensive and complete syndrome differentiation to distinguish diseases,combined with the results of syndrome differentiation to distinguish diseases,combined with the results of syndrome differentiation,syndrome differentiation to determine the pathogenesis and treatment.The examination of disease and the dispatch of prescription medicine attach great importance to organic qi transformation.Among them,especially the liver,spleen and kidney.Not only tonify the deficiency of the liver,spleen and kidney,but also relieve the turbidity of the liver,spleen and kidney.Invigorating spleen qi,nourishing liver and blood,filling kidney essence to the source of aeration,qi stagnation,blood stasis,dampness and heat to pass the road of gasification.Harmonize liver,spleen and kidney,treat qi,blood and water,consolidate the root and clear the source,and improve and tonify the bladder.On the premise of caring for the function of spleen and stomach,use both cold and temperature to smooth the period of time,so as to avoid many adverse reactions.Such as drug bitter cold injury to stomach,greasy stomach,loose stool and so on.Prescription drugs are often composed of 15 drugs,advocating simplified prescription,fewer drugs but specific effect.The commonly used drug pairs,drug combinations and cluster core combinations are mostlyderived from famous ancient and modern prescriptions,reflecting Wang shi’s prescription thought of adhering to the ancient rather than the ancient,combining the ancient and the modern,and attaching importance to prescription and prescription. |
