Data Mining Research Of Prescription Rule And Academic Experience By Professor Li Xuelin On The Treament Of Dampness Disease

Objective:By using the statistical method combining with the guidance of tutor,analysing tutor’s dampness disease cases,counting symptoms,diseases,syndromes and medication,summarizing academic experience from tutor,and establishing and promoting the theoretical system of tutor on dampness disease.Methods:Select 85 cases of newly diagnosed prescription mentor about dampness disease.Using frequency statistics and clustering analysis methods of data mining,and using Microsoft Office Excel 2007 and SPSS 20.0 to deal with data.According to the analysis results and clinical guidance from tutor,summarize prescription drug laws and academic experience of tutor in the treament of dampness disease.Results:(1)Collected cases are various in symptoms,diagnosis and medication.The indications of disease include cold,cough,distention and fullness,diarrhea,edema,vertigo etc..The types of syndrome are mainly in external evil with dampness,or the deficiency of spleen and dampness with other syndrome.The high frequency of symptoms include dizziness,heavy head,nausea,abdominal distension,belching,insomnia,cough,phlegm,nasal congestion.The high frequency of tongue and pulse include pink-red tongue,pale tongue,white-greasy tongue coating,slippery pulse,soft pulse.(2)Collected cases mainly use the diaphoretic,dampness,activating-qi,expertorants,antiasthmatic,promoting-digestion and antipyretic.Herbs with high frequency include patchouli,magnonia,pinellia,poria,bitter almond,coix seed,cardamom,hawthorn,medicatied leaven,tetrapanax papyriferus.Some drugs have high tendency to be the group in curing disease.(3)Children are main group in dampness disease.The incidence season of dampness disease are winter,spring and summer.Conclusions:(1)Dampness disease is due to the retention of water and dampness in body caused by exogenous pathogenic dampness or dysfunction of Zang-Fu.(2)The incidence of dampness disease is divided into external aspect and internal aspect.Internal aspect has more effects than external aspect.(3)Deficiency of spleen and stomach is the main pathogenesis in dampness disease.(4)Dampness disease has various symptoms,syndromes,and diseases.(5)The main treatments of tutor in dampness disease are relieving exterior syndrome and strengthening the spleen and stomach.The main drugs of prescription include patchouli,Magnolia,pinellia,Poria,bitter almond,coix seed,cardamom,hawthorn,medicatied leaven,tetrapanax papyriferus.(6)Children are main group in dampness disease,and there is no obvious difference in terms of gender.The mainly incidence season of dampness disease are winter,spring and summer according to frequency analysis.
