Research On Professor Peng Jiangyun’s Academic Experience In Treating AS Based On Data Mining

Objective: Apply modern data mining technology to Analysis of Patient’s medical record which make a diagnosis and give treatment by Professor Peng Jiang Yun’s and related literature of AS patients,summarized his academic thoughts and experience of AS diagnosis and treatment.Method:1.From January 2017 to December 2018,Professor Peng Jiang Yun’s me dical records of AS patients in outpatient clinic were collected and standardize d.The data were input into the "C hinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platfor m System(V2.5)" system.The system was systematically analyzed and summa rized by using association rules analysis and entropy clustering analysis.2.Retrieve Professor Peng Jiang Yun and his disciples publicly published j ournals and books about Professor Peng Jiang Yun’s treatment of AS,and summa rized their academic experience in the treatment of AS by combining the result s of medical case data mining.Result:The study found that the first 10 key symptoms of AS patients were "b ack pain,chills,inadequate activity,aggravation of cold,mild temperature,l ower extremity pain,arthritis acidity,sleepiness,fatigue,stiffness of joints".Based on the "unsupervised entropy clustering method" to integrate symptoms,eight groups of new symptoms combination rules were obtained.Professor Pen g Jiang Yun divided AS into 8 types according to the pathogenes is of "insufficie ncy of liver and kidney and deficiency of Du meridian cause expathogens entr enched".The drugs used were spicy and warm,entering kidney,liver and spl een meridians,which had the functions of tonifying deficiency and eliminating rheumatism.Core drug combinations were "C innamomum cassia twig,Paeonia lactiflora","Eucommia ulmoides Dogchi,Psoralea corylifolia,and Drynaria cory lifolia",and 10 new prescriptions were obtained.The key points of syndrome differentiation,core drugs and core prescriptions of 8 types of syndromes were obtained through the analysis of "medicine-syndrome-syndrome" network.Conclusion:Professor Peng Jiang Yun was deeply influenced by the theory of "pa thogenic factors infringement body when Healthy qi is weak,Three Pathogeni c factors Causing Bi" and "Du meridian cause expathogens entrenched".She bel ieved that "insufficient liver and kidney,and excessive pathogenicity of Dugon g" were the basic pathogenesis of AS.The pathogenic factors of wind,cold,d ampness and heat ran thro ugh the whole course of AS.The core of treatment is "benefiting the kidney and strengthening the governor".It advocates strength ening the body and dispelling pathogens,strengthening the Yang and preserving the body,treating the kidney,liver and spleen to gether,reinforcing the kidne y and the spleen from birth to birth,making good use of classical prescription s in clinical practice,making good use of aconite,using active medicines,an d having distinct diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics.
