BackgroundHigher nursing education in China started late and lacked development,and the importance of clinical education has not yet attracted enough attention.At present,in the course of clinical practice training for master of nursing specialist postgraduates in China,due to the lack of mature teacher admission and examination standards,the ability of clinical teachers varies widely.There is a problem of low academic level in clinical teaching.The depth and breadth of their knowledge cannot meet the current requirements of the faculty for the master of nursing specialist postgraduates under the national conditions in China,which is inconsistent with the original intention and purpose of the State Council Degree Committee to set up a master's degree in nursing.Objective1.Understand the ability requirements of Master of nursing specialist postgraduates for clinical teaching;2.Understand how to establish the admission criteria and evaluation system of clinical teaching in MNS postgraduate cognition;3.Understand the experience of Master of nursing specialist postgraduates on the current clinical teaching teachers in China.Methods1.Conduct literature research to understand the current research direction and results;2.Conduct qualitative interviews based on WeChat communication to understand the needs of Master of nursing specialist postgraduates for the construction of clinical teaching faculty.Results1.Master of nursing specialist postgraduates' core competence needs for clinical teaching include nursing research ability,clinical practice ability,nursing education ability,interpersonal communication ability,nursing management ability,humanistic care ability and positive attitude;2.Master of nursing specialist postgraduatess believe that the admission criteria for clinical teaching should mainly focus on academic qualifications,titles,work experience,scientific research and achievements;the evaluation of clinical teaching should be considered from two aspects of clinical teaching ability and student feedback,among which teachers Its own aspects include scientific research achievements,academic titles,knowledge and skills,and student feedback includes three aspects:student needs,student opinions,and evaluation of students;3.Master of nursing specialist postgraduatess believe that there are still some problems in the clinical teaching team of Master of nursring specialist postgraduatess in China.The main focus is on the weak nursing research ability,generally low education level,poor teaching ability,weak communication ability,insufficient professional development ability,There are seven aspects of the imperfect admission and assessment system and the unreasonable curriculum.ConclusionsMaster of nursing specialist postgraduates have a more diverse need for competencies of their clinical teachers,and master of nursing specialist postgraduates at different stages have different needs for their clinical teachers.Under the current national conditions,the abilities of clinical teaching teachers of domestic master of nursing specialist postgraduates need to be improved,and the admission and evaluation standards of clinical teaching teachers need to be improved.High-level,high-quality clinical faculty team is the core problem that needs to be solved urgently.This will require the joint efforts of experts in the field of nursing.
