Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type PCOS Late Menstruation With Bu-Kidney-Huo-Blood Method

Objective:Clinical observation of the curative effect of the Bu-Kidney-Huo-Blood method and auricular pressure in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type PCOS Late Menstruation and exploration of the mechanism.Methods:We selected 60 patients who have the diagnostic criteria of PCOS Late Menstruation and divided them into two groups randomly.Bu-Kidney-Huo-Blood method and auricular pressure was given to the treatment group(have 30 cases).Honghua Ruyi Wan and Fufang Xuanju Jiaonnag was given to the control group(have 30 cases).After all the patients be treated by three months,we observed the changes of the clinical efficacy of TCM,serum reproductive hormones levels such as FSH,LH,LH/FSH,E2,T,CRP.Results:The total efficiency of 80% in the observation group was significantly higher than that of in control group 63.3%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the improvement of TCM,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the changes of FSH,LH,LH/FSH,E2,T,CRP,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bu-Kidney-Huo-Blood method and auricular pressure can be very effective in treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis type PCOS Late Menstruation and it can provide new methods and new ideas in TCM diagnosis.
