Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Late Menstruation (Evidence Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency) With Wenchong Tangplusreduction

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the therapeutic effect of Wenchong Tang plus reduction in the treatment of late menstruation(evidence of spleen and kidney yang deficiency).Using Jin Feng Wan as the control group,the two groups were subjected to changes in the main symptoms,including menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,menstrual color quality,and cold pain in the lower back and abdomen,as well as adding the degree of improvement in the secondary symptoms,in order to verify the efficacy,safety,and mechanism of action of the treatment group.Methods: Patients eligible for late menstruation(spleen and kidney yang deficiency evidence)were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,and the treatment group was treated with Wenchong Tang plus reduction,while the control group was treated with Jinfeng Pill,both of which were taken for 21 days,both for 3 cycles.In the actual observation,it was found that 2 cases fell off in the treatment group and 3 cases in the control group,so finally 34 patients were observed in the treatment group and 33 patients in the control group,and the changes in the primary and secondary evidence of the patients were observed and recorded respectively.Results: Through clinical data analysis: In the comprehensive efficacy comparison,there were 34 patients in the treatment group,6(17.6%)were cured,14(41.1%)were effective,10(29.4%)were effective,and 4(9.0%)were ineffective.In the control group,there were 33 patients,3 were cured,accounting for 9.0%,7 were effective,accounting for21.2%,18 were effective,accounting for 54.5%,and 5 were ineffective,accounting for15.1%.In the comparison of the main symptoms,P=0.046 for the comparison of menstrual cycle,P=0.023 for the comparison of menstrual volume,P=0.012 for the comparison of menstrual color and quality,P=0.013 for the comparison of cold pain in the lower back and abdomen between the control group and the treatment group,and P-value was less than0.05 for the comparison of secondary symptoms,which showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in both the main and secondary symptoms.Conclusion: By observing the treatment of 67 cases of late menstruation(spleen and kidney Yang deficiency evidence).It was found that the treatment group of Wenchong Tang plus reduction was significantly more effective than the control group of Jinfeng Wan in treating late menstruation(deficiency of spleen and kidney yang),and the clinical treatment was effective.
