The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Late Menstruation Caused By Hyperprolactinemia Using The Method Of Tonifying The Kidney And Soothing The Liver

Objective:To observe the curative effect and evaluate the mechanism of Zishenshugan Decoction with Bromocriptine Mesilate in the treatment of Late Menstruation caused by Hyperprolactinemia diagnosed stagnation of kidney deficiency and liver-QI syndrome.Methods:The 60 patients who met the criteria for inclusion in this study were randomly divided into two groups: Chinese and western medicine combined treatment group and control group.The 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with the traditional Chinese herbal medicine combined with the treatment of bromocentine,and the 30 patients in the control group were treated only with bromocentine.Observation and analysis of the improvement of TCM clinical symptoms after three courses of treatment and the change of serum reproductive hormones levels(PRL,FSH,LH,E2,T,P).Results: The total efficiency of 96.67% in the observation group was significantly higher than that of in control group 86.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment the total score of TCM symptoms were significantly reduced,the difference between the two groupsin improving the color and quality of menstruation,soreness and weakness of the lumbar region and knee joints,swelling pain of breast and lower abdomen was significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment the two groups’ PRL levels decreased significantly(P﹤0.01),PRL of treatment group declined faster(P﹤0.05).The levels of FSH,LH,E2,P were significantly increased(P﹤0.01),treatment group is better in improving levels of LH(P﹤0.05)and E2(P﹤0.01)after treatment.Recurrence rate of the treatment group,13.04%,40.91% relapse rate of the control group after 3 months,the comparison between groups was significant difference(P﹤0.05).Some adverse reactions were observed in control group,such as dizzy,sick,drowsiness,constipation,while no adverse reactions were observed in the treatment group.Conclusion:The method of tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver with Bromocriptine Mesilate can reduce the serum prolactin level in patients and could raise the serum estradiol,which is significant difference from Bromocriptine Mesilate.The research can provide new methods and new ideas in TCM diagnosis.
