| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of invigorating qi,invigorating spleen and removing dampness on patients with ulcerative colitis in remission stage(spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type).Method: 42 patients with ulcerative colitis in remission stage(spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type)who met the criteria included in this study were selected and diagnosed in the outpatient department of liver,spleen and stomach of the First Affiliated Hospital of Golongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019.The Decoction of tonifying qi,invigorating spleen and removing dampness was given orally every day.All the medicines were provided by the Bureau of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.One dose a day,300 ml water decoction,30 minutes warm before meals,150 ml each time,morning and evening,twice orally,for 12 weeks.The symptoms score,clinical efficacy and changes of TCM syndromes were observed before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was carried out.Result: The total effective rate of Yiqi Jianpi Huashi method in the treatment of ulcerative colitis in remission stage(spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type)was 94.87%.The total score of TCM syndromes after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was significant,with statistical significance.In the aspect of TCM single syndrome integral,the syndrome integral of diarrhea,abdominal distension,purulent stool,abdominal pain,mental fatigue,lack of food and body burnout after treatment has been significantly reduced compared with that before treatment,with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Jianpi Huashi method has a significant effect on ulcerative colitis in remission stage(spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type).2.Yiqi Jianpi Huashi method can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with ulcerative colitis in remission stage(spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type). |
