| Objective:To study and evaluate the clinical effect of self-made prescrition Xianqiyigui decoction combined mesalazine enteric-coated tablets on ulcerative colitis(spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome)and to find a better treatment scheme.Methods:60 patients with ulcerative colitis(spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome)were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases each.Control group oral mesalazine enteric tablets.On the basis,treatment group combined with self-made prescription Xianqiyigui decoctionand with the disease plus or minus.Two groups were treated for 12 weeks.Twelve weeks later,the data of TCM symptom score,TCM symptom efficacy,Clinical efficacy,Baron score and Mayo score were processed,observed and evaluated by statistical method.Results:1,After treatment,the TCM symptom score,TCM syndrome efficacy,Clinical efficacy,Baron score and Mayo score of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01).2,Inter-group comparison,effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group in improving diarrhea,mucus pus and blood stool,abdominal pain,total score of TCM symptoms,Mayo score,TCM syndrome efficacy(P<0.01),in improving abdominal distension,less food,Clinical efficacy and Baron score,the treatment group was better(P<0.05),in improving limb burnout,mental fatigue lazy speech,the two groups had the same effect(P>0.05).Conclusion: The two groups were effective and safe in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome),but the clinical effect of self-made prescription Xianqiyigui decoction combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets was more significant.On the premise of mesalazine enteric-coated tablets as a first-line drug,the combined application of traditional Chinese medicine preparation has outstanding effect,which is worthy of further study and application. |
