Therapeutic Effect Of Jianpi Wenzhongqingchang Decoction Combined With Mesalazine In Treating Ulcerative Colitis With Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Syndrome

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Jianpi Wenzhongqingchang Decoction combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome.Methods: A total of 60 patients with ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group(Jianpi Wenzhongqingchang prescription combined with mesalazine sustained-release granules)and a control group(Mesalazine sustained-release granules)with 30 cases each.The group was treated with Jianpi Wenzhongqingchang Decoction(200ml each time,2 times a day,divided into morning and evening)+ oral mesalazine sustained-release granules(1g each time,three times a day)treatment,and the control group was treated with oral mesalazine Sustained-release granules(1g each time,three times a day)treatment.The treatment course of the two groups was 12 weeks.After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms and the evaluation of the efficacy of syndromes,the evaluation of the efficacy of individual TCM symptoms,the clinical efficacy,the changes of the intestinal mucosa,the evaluation of the quality of life of the patients,and the safety of medication were observed.Results:(1)The results of this study showed that the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference in the total score of TCM symptoms before treatment P=0.401>0.05,which was comparable.The total score of TCM symptoms after treatment was compared with P=0.003<0.05,which was statistically significant.Difference,the treatment group is better than the control group.(2)Comparing the curative effect of TCM syndromes,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were90.0% and 70.0%,respectively,Z=-2.010,P=0.044<0.05,with significant differences.The treatment group is better than the control group.(3)Comparison of the efficacy of single TCM symptoms between the two groups.The improvement of symptoms of diarrhea,fatigue,fatigue,lack of appetite and appetite was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),but in terms of mucus and bloody stools,abdominal distension,and abdominal pain,although.There was an improvement in TCM symptom scores,but there was no significant difference in the degree of improvement(P>0.05).(4)In terms of the efficacy of intestinal mucosa,the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 83.30% and 76.00% before and after treatment,respectively,and there was no significant difference.(5)In terms of clinical efficacy,the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.00% and 76.00% respectively,and there was no significant difference.(6)Comparison of the patient quality of life score scale(IBDQ score scale)between the two groups before and after treatment,P=0.016<0.05,there is a significant difference,that is,the treatment group improves the patient’s quality of life better than the control group.(7)After the course of treatment,the two groups of patients rechecked routine blood and urine,stool routine + occult blood test,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram,etc.,and no significant fluctuations were seen.The treatment group had no adverse reactions.In the control group,abdominal distension and nausea were obvious in 1 case.After symptomatic treatment,the original treatment can be continued.Conclusion: Jianpi Wenzhongqingchang Decoction combined with mesalazine has a significant curative effect in the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome.It is significantly better in improving the symptoms of diarrhea,mental fatigue,lazy speech,fatigue and poor appetite,and improving the quality of life of patients Control group of mesalazine sustained-release granules.
