Objective:To investigate the distribution and characteristics as well as the change trend of residents'death in Nanchang Wanlifrom 2014 to 2017,to provide the basis for the making prevention and control tactics of priority diseases.Methods:The death data were derived from“Death Registration Report Information System”which was the sub-system of the“China Disease Prevention and Control Information System”,and the death cause monitoring data from 2014 to 2017 were derived according to the household registration area of“Nanchang Wanli”and the condition of“Final Review”.The content was as follows:Basic circumstances of the deceased?name,gender,id number,etc.?,Circumstances of death?date of death,place of death,diagnosis of death,etc.?.The classification and coding of the causes of death were according to the International Classification standard of ICD-10.The population data were derived from the subsystem"Basic Information System"of"China disease prevention and control information System".Using the data of the sixth national census in 2010 as the standard population to calculate the marked mortality rate,and the crude mortality rate,the standard mortality rate,the cause of death,life expectancy,potential years of poverty reduction and other indicators were analyzed by using descriptive analysis.The data is processed by using IBM SPSS23.0.Results:?1?A total of 1,796 deaths were reported in Nanchang Wanli from 2014 to2017,the crude death rate was 699.55/100,000 while the marked mortality rate were707.40/100,000.There were significant differences(??2trend=4.978,P=0.026)in the crude mortality rate from 2014 to 2017 which showed a decreasing trend.The crude mortality rates was 777.85/100,000 in men and 590.40/100,000 in women while the marked mortality rate was 799.31/100,000 in men and 606.55/100,000 in women.The crude mortality of male was higher than that of female each year,and the difference was statistically significant,The total of crude mortality of male was higher than that of female in 4 years and the difference was statistically significant???2=35.154,P<0.001?.?2?The trend of crude mortality rate of each age group was basically the same in this age from 2014 to 2017,both showed that the mortality rate in the group 0?age were higher while the group 1?age were reduced,and the group5?15 age had a certain fluctuation,but since then,the mortality rate was increasing with the increase of age,especially in the group 60?age.?3?The location of deaths in this district from 2014 to 2017 was the mainly at the home?1277 cases,71.1%?,followed by medical and health institutions?370 cases,or 20.6%?,in other places,on the way to the hospital and the elderly service institutions were lowest.?4?Whether in years or four years,the highest diagnosis unit of the majority of the deceased was tertiary hospitals?over 60%?,followed by secondary hospitals in the population deaths from 2014 to 2017.?5?The top 5 causes of death in Wanli from 2014 to 2017were circulatory system diseases,malignant tumors,respiratory diseases,injuries and digestive system diseases,which was accounting for 91.98%among the total causes of death,and the circulatory system ranked first among the total causes of death in each year.The top 5 causes of death in male and female and the whole population causes of death were basically the same.The cause of death of the urinary system diseases in men ranked forefront of that in women,while the causes of endocrine,nutritional and metabolic diseases,skin musculoskeletal and connective tissue diseases in women ranked forefront of those in men.?6?Circulatory diseases ranked the first in causes of death in the region,the top 3 causes of death were as follows:cerebrovascular disease,ischemic heart disease and hypertension.The top 3 causes of death in malignant tumors were lung cancer,colorectal cancer and liver cancer.The top 3 causes of death in respiratory diseases were chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,other respiratory diseases and asthma.The top 3 causes of death in injury were road traffic accidents,accidental drops and suicide.?7?The life expectancy was75.67 years old in Nanchang Wanli from 2014 to 2017,with the men of 73.24 and women of 78.49;Removing the effects of major diseases such as circulatory diseases,malignant neoplasms,respiratory diseases and injuries,the life expectancy of residents can be increased by 5.06,2.53,1.85 and 1.71 years respectively.?8?The total cause of death potential years of life lost was 10937 years and the average years of life lost was 17.31 years as well as the potential years of life lost rate was41.77 in Nanchang Wanli from 2014 to 2017.The potential years of life lost was3909 years of injury,2562 years of malignant neoplasms,2392.5 years of circulatory diseases,335 years of respiratory diseases and 137.5 years of digestive system diseases.Conclusion:?1?The mortality rate in Nanchang Wanli from 2014 to 2017 was lower than the national average,but higher than the provincial average,and the mortality rate had a year-on-yearly downward trend.?2?The main diseases that affected the resident health in this area were circulatory diseases,malignant neoplasms,respiratory diseases,injuries and digestive system diseases.?3?The residents of the area had a higher life expectancy during 2014 to 2017,and the potential reduction in the number of years of potential poverty reduction in the total cause of death was the largest.
