Correlative Study On Syndrome Characteristics Of Cough Variant Asthma

Objective: Through the method of literature study and clinical investigation,the common clinical symptoms of CVA and the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome type are discussed together,so as to provide reference for the future literature research and clinical application.Methods: This research is divided into two parts: literature research and clinical research.First,we use the Chinese academic journal full text database(CNKI)and the Wanfang Data knowledge service platform to collate the related documents of CVA.Secondly,through the clinical information collection,the causes of CVA patients,symptoms,signs,tongue and pulse and so on were analyzed,combined with literature research and clinical investigation,to explore the syndrome characteristics and symptoms of CVA.Results:1.Through literature research,the common syndromes of CVA are wind evil attacking lung syndrome,lung yin deficiency syndrome,Phlegm Dampness Retention lung syndrome.The main symptoms of CVA are cough,itching,phlegm,shortness of breath,dry throat,chest tightness,chills,dry mouth,stuffy nose,runny nose,sneezing,etc.The color of the tongue is mainly red tongue and light red tongue.The tongue coating is thin white,yellow and greasy,thin yellow and white.Pulse is mainly composed of floating pulse,and it has fine pulse,string slippery pulse,slippery pulse,smooth pulse and floating pulse.2.Through clinical investigation,we find that there are 4 common syndromes of CVA: wind evil attacking lung syndrome,Phlegm Dampness Retention lung syndrome,deficiency of kidney yang and stasis obstructing lung collateral syndrome.The main clinical symptoms were cough,itching,expectoration,shortness of breath,dry mouth,dry throat,constipation,runny nose,loose stools and sneezing.The tongue color is pale red tongue,pale white tongue,purple tongue and red tongue.The tongue coating is mainly white,yellow and thin.The pulse is mainly composed of floating pulse,and there are string tightened veins,floating tight veins,astringent veins and fine veins.Conclusion:1.The characteristics of TCM Syndromes of CVA are mainly wind evil attacking lung syndrome and Phlegm Dampness Retention lung syndrome.2.The main symptoms of CVA are cough,itching,sputum,shortness of breath,dry throat,dry mouth,runny nose,sneezing.3.Wind evil is the main pathogenic factor of CVA.
