TCM Staging Treament The Clinical Research Of Children Cough Variant Asthma (Virtual Cold Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical effete of Chinese medicine treatment of CAV. Provide effective prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.and provide clinical evidenceof a new drug development.Method:60patients with CVA children randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases each group, the treatment group apply the stging treatment (episode use Wenfei huatan yin, eliminating phlegm remission use bufei jianpi yin) treatment, treatment, march period of treatment and control group in western medicine therapy (To Montelukast Soudium Tablets treatment3months, episode add with aminophylline). Before treatment, respectively for2weeks、1months2months and treatmentent end (treatment for3months) to disease and curative effect of TCM syndrome points for the evaluation.Result:1. Effect of disease treatment group total effectiveness93.33%, the control group total effectiveness93.33%, two groups of difference was statistically significant (P>0.05), the curative effect of two groups disease is the same. 2. Effect of traditional Chinese medical syndrome treatment group total effectiveness96.67%, the control group total effectiveness90.00%, two groups of difference statistically significant (P<0.01), the treatment group was better than control.3. The treatment group average cough disappeared time6.13±1.87days, and the control group average cough disappeared time,3.87±1.22days, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the control group is better than the treatment group.4. The Lord card cough points before and after treatment is:two groups of Lord card cough integral and after treatment more significant statistically significant (P<0.01), two groups after treating integral is obviously superior to before treatment. Two groups there were no statistically significant after treatment (P>0.05), the curative effect of two groups disease is the same.5. Before and after treatment of secondary symptoms comparison:two groups of secondary symptom scores before treatment with more statistically significant (P<0.05), two groups for secondary symptoms are improved. After treatment, the two groups of comparisons, in "Zi han,Shenpi fali,Shishao nadai,Dabian yichang,Mianbai xinghan" the five differences is significant statistically significant (P<0.01), the treatment group was better than control symptoms improve; In "Rou yan,Roubi pen ti " the two differences is not statistically significant (P>0.05), two groups of symptoms improvement are same.6. The two groups each time point after treatment with former time point comparison:difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), both groups can improve the disease symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.7. The total integration of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome comparison:two groups before and after treatment more significant statistically significant (P<0.01), both groups can improve the disease symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.; After treatment in both groups more statistically significant meaning (P<0.01), the treatment group was better than control.The study conclusion Treatment of CVA Lord card cough is effect between TCM staging treatment and western medicine.The effect is obviously better than western medicine group in the treatment of minor symptoms.
