Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma With Hyperactivity Syndrome By Kidney Kidney

Objective:To observe the effect of Chronic Cough Mixture in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma (lung heat and yin deficiency syndrome) clinical curative effect.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,60 cases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from 2014 December to 2013 December in outpatient department of Pediatrics patients. With the random number table method were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, according to the patient age, body weight were given the same dose of cough mixture or montelukast treatment in children with symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, to observe the curative effect after one course of treatment and the symptoms to improve the situation, the difference between the two groups.Results:In the children’s gender, age distribution, the chi square test verified that the treatment group and the control group showed no significant difference, comparable. Before treatment the symptom integral by rank sum test, there was no significant difference in two groups of patients, consistent, comparable. Compared before and after treatment, symptoms were improved in two groups. The two groups after treatment compared, cough, pharyngeal itching, hot flashes, red throat, total score in treatment group was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, the treatment group in relieving cough, pharyngeal itching, hot flashes, red throat and overall alleviation effect is better than the control group. The amount of sputum, stool two after the experiment had no significant difference, suggesting the decrease in the amount of sputum, relieving dry stool are no difference in efficacy. The treatment group was better than control group in the efficacy of TCM symptoms, the total.Conclusion:Chronic Cough Mixture and montelukast sodium can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in children with cough variant asthma. Comparison of the two, cough mixture in relieving cough, pharyngeal itching, hot flashes, red throat and other symptoms than montelukast sodium, total curative effect is better than that of montelukast sodium.
