Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Liver Depression And Spieen Deficiency Of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome With The Flatl Wrist And Standing Finger Needling Manipulation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of with the flatl wrist and standing finger needling manipulation on liver depression and spleen deficiency of chronic fatigue syndrome,and to propos a harmless and effective new treatment programs of chronic fatigue syndrome.Method:According to the inclusion standard and exclusion standard,72 cases were gathered and divided into two groups by a random number table.The therapy group was treated with the the flatl wrist and standing finger needling manipulation,points selection: BL18,BL20,DU20,Anmian,RN4,ST36,SP6,LR3,LI4;the course of acupuncture treatment: once every other day,15 times continuously(30 days).And the control group was treated with xiaoyao pills: take eight pills at a time,tid,30 days.To observe the change of the total scores of chronic fatigue syndrome symptom scale,fatigue assessment instrument,liver depression and spleen deficiency symptom rating scale in all cases before and after treatment,collect datas,SPSS24.0 to carry out statistical analysis and evaluate the curative effect.Results:1.There are 72 cases gathered medical records,12 cases losted,60 cases completed actually in the research,treatment group and control group.There were 30 cases in each group.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,change of the total scores of chronic fatigue syndrome symptom scale,fatigueassessment instrument,liver depression and spleen deficiency symptom rating scale the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.The changes of the total scores of chronic fatigue syndrome symptom scale,fatigue assessment instrument,liver depression and spleen deficiency symptom rating scale in the two groups before and after treatment were compared,indicating statistically significant differences(P < 0.01),illustratting that two therapeutic methods had significant treatment effects.3.There were statistically differences between the two groups in the total scores of symptom scale of chronic fatigue syndrome,the total scores of fatigue assessment scale and the total scores of Symptom scale of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome(P<0.05),the therapeutic effect of the therapy group was better than that of the control group.4.There are differences between therapy Group and Control Group after the overall efficacy of Treatment.The total effective rate of the therapy group is 86.67%,Higher than that of the control group is 76.67%,indicating a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the results indicated that the treatment effect of therapy group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Two methods of treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency type of chronic fatigue syndrome are effective,and the therapy group is better than the control group.The treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency of chronic fatigue syndrome with the flatl wrist and standing finger needling manipulation can obviously improve the fatigue degree of the patients and relieve the clinical symptoms.
