Objective:By observing the clinical effect of acupuncture with "Horizontal Wrist and Vertical Finger" acupuncture on chronic fatigue syndrome with heart and spleen deficiency,and compared with the efficacy of oral Chinese patent medicine Guipi Wan,comparing the treatment group with the control group and the group The difference between before and after treatment provides an effective,safe and reliable new method for clinical treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)with heart and spleen deficiency.Methods:72 qualified cases were collected and randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).In the treatment group,acupuncture at "Horizontal Wrist and Vertical Finger" was used for acupuncture treatment of acupuncture points.The principle of treatment was to balance yin and yang,strengthen the spleen and nourish the heart,and replenish qi and blood.,Anmian,Guanyuan,Neiguan,Shenmen,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,qod,15 times(30 days)as a course of treatment;the control group took oral Chinese patent medicine Guipi Wan,tid,6g / time,30 days as a course of treatment.Before the start of the treatment and after the end of the treatment,complete the records of the participant’s chronic fatigue syndrome symptom score scale,fatigue scale-14,heart and spleen deficiency syndrome symptom score scale,and then record it through SPSS25.0 The data was statistically analyzed and the efficacy was evaluated.Result:1.There were 72 cases included,9 cases dropped,and 63 cases were actually completed,including 32 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.Comparing the gender,age,course of disease,chronic fatigue syndrome symptom score scale score,fatigue scale-14 score and heart and spleen deficiency syndrome symptom score scale scores of the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),comparable.2.Evaluation of the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Score Scale: The CFS symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01),indicating that both groups had a significant improvement in the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome.The CFS symptom scores of the two groups were compared between the groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome.3.Fatigue Scale-14 assessment: The FS-14 scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01),indicating that both groups had a significant improvement in fatigue symptoms.After treatment,the FS-14 scores of the two groups were compared between the groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving fatigue symptoms.4.Evaluation of the TCM Syndrome Scale: Before and after treatment,the total scores of the TCM syndromes in the two groups were compared within the group.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups were compared between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of heart and spleen deficiency syndrome.5.Overall effect evaluation: After treatment,the two groups were compared between groups.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.62%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 77.41%.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group was using "Horizontal Wrist and Vertical Finger" acupuncture manipulation is more effective than the control group in taking Guipi Wan by acupuncture in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome with deficiency of both heart and spleen.Conclusion:Acupuncture with "Horizontal Wrist and Vertical Finger" acupuncture acupuncture at acupoints and oral Chinese patent medicine Guipi Pill have positive clinical effects on chronic fatigue syndrome with heart and spleen deficiency,but acupuncture with "Horizontal Wrist and Vertical Finger" acupuncture The therapeutic effect of manipulation is obviously better than the oral Chinese patent medicine Guipi Wan,and in the course of treatment,there are no side effects and adverse reactions.This study provides an effective and safe new method for clinical treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome with heart and spleen deficiency,which is worthy of popularization and application.
