Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Obstructive Sleep Apnea-hpnea Syndrome With Horizontal Wrist And Vertical Finger Acupuncture Manipulation

Objective:This study aims to provide a new method for the treatment of obstructive apnea syndrome,the clinical effect of this study was observed by means of acupuncture acupoints with Horizontal Wrist and Vertical Finger Acupuncture ManipulationMethod:This study selected 72 patients who met the criteria of case selection for this topic from december 2018 to december 2019,all patients were randomly divided into two groups,36 patients in the treatment group and 36 patients in the control group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture acupoints by means of the needle-prickling technique of the wrist-prick,and the treatment principles were as follows:adjusting yin and yang,promoting lung and opening orifices,wide chest and regulating qi.Blood stasis plus Fenglong,Qi Hai;lung qi deficiency plus Zusanli;spleen and kidney deficiency plus Zusanli,Taixi.acupuncture once the next day and 15 consecutive treatments(30 days).Control group oral theophylline sustained-release capsule:1,the qd,course of treatment is 30 days.The efficacy evaluation index(TCM symptom grading scale,Epworth sleepiness scale),safety evaluation index(blood pressure,pulse,body temperature,heart rate)were evaluated and tested,and the adverse reactions and side effects were recorded.The data were SPS by statistical software.S23.0 statistical analysis.Results:1.This study included 72 cases of samples,9 cases of shedding,and 63 cases of actual completion,including 3.1.cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment with TCM symptom score table and.Epworth sleepiness scale total integral group,the scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the statistical difference was significant(P<0.01),which indicated that the two methods were effective in patients with obstructive respiratory and sleep apnea syndrome.3.Treatment group was lower than the control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05),which indicated that the treatment group had better curative effect than the control group.4.Total effective rate(80.65%)in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(50.13%),there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture of acupoints(treatment group)and oral theophylline sustained-release capsule(control group)were effective in the treatment of obstructive apnea syndrome.The treatment of obstructive respiratory and sleep apnea syndrome by acupuncture with flat wrist needle can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and the curative effect is remarkable.
