Clinical Observation Of Intervention On Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency With "Tongdu Jieyu" Acupuncture

Objective:To obsrve the clinical effect of "Tong Du Jie Yu" acupuncture on chronic fatigue syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods s A total of 60 patients with CFS were recruited in the study.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Each group includes30 cases.In the control group,the treatment group was treated with simple cognitive behavior therapy.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with "Tong Du solution depression".The treatment group selected Baihui,Yrmtang,Hegu double,Tai Chong double,Zusanli double and Sanyinjiao double,which are supplemented by twisting,opening and pressing the pinhole,leaving 30 minutes for treatment,3 times a week,1 times a day,2 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared before and after the treatment,including the scores of the quantitative observation table,the fatigue scale and the liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.Then we can observe the clinical effect of "Tong Du solution depression".Results:1.Groups before and after treatment:after treatment,the clinical symptoms of two groups of liver depression and spleen deficiency type CFS patients were quantified by quantified observation table integral,fatigue scale integral(body integral,mental integral),liver depression and spleen deficiency symptom grading scale score(p<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.2.After treatment group comparison:the treatment group was better than the control group in improving CFS patients clinical symptoms quantized observation table integral,fatigue scale integral(body integral,mental integral),liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome classification quantizing table score(p<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant3.The total curative effect was compared:the treatment group recovered 1 cases,effective 12 cases,effective 14 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total effective rate was 93.10%(P<0.05);the control group cured 0 cases,7 cases,effective 13 cases,8 cases,the total effective rate was 71.43%,and the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion:1."Tong Du Jie Yu" acupuncture combined with simple cognitive behavior therapy can reduce the clinical symptoms of CFS patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency,and the overall effect is better than the simple cognitive behavior therapy.2."Tong Du Jie Yu" acupuncture combined with cognitive behavior therapy has definite curative effect and high safety,which is suitable for clinical application and promotion.
