Analysis And Research On The Current Situation Of Hospital Nursing Management In China

With the deepening of the medical reform in China,the medical disputes of the doctor-patient relationship are constantly upgraded,and the nursing management is higher.The nursing management in the new century is not a simple nursing service,but the management means is applied to the nursing practice,and psychology,management,informatics,and information science are combined.Nursing practice is one of the integrated nursing disciplines.Therefore,nursing management plays a vital role in today’s health care reform.Using the experience of nursing work for many years,combining the theoretical basis of nursing management,using multi research and multi disciplinary research methods,the author analyses the current situation and problems of nursing management in China,and puts forward the quality,human resources and nursing quality of the nursing administrators in our country.There are some problems in quantity system standard,nursing management system,nursing management content method and so on.Through the reading of foreign literature and the exchange of hospitals,the more advanced ideas and mature management modes of foreign countries have been studied.After the localization of them,a path for the development of nursing management in China is discussed.It is necessary to adhere to the concept of human standard,strengthen the training of the quality of nursing staff,adhere to the innovation of learning,and strengthen the training of nursing management talents.We should adhere to the reform of the medical system,improve the nursing management system,adhere to the core of quality first,improve the quality of nursing management,adhere to the first productive forces of the history of science and technology,and promote the informatization of nursing management.All the countermeasures are to improve the quality of nursing management,make the main body of nursing care and understanding each other,guarantee the life and health of all people,and promote the better development of the medical service.
