Objective:by a research of the application of PDCA cycle in clinical titer, In order to findout the methods of to explore the clinical nursing quality and strengthen safetymanagement. Comparison the level of comprehensive nursing staff and the patients, nurses and doctors’ satisfaction, the efficiency of nursing management, the quality ofthe whole hospital care after applying PDCA cycle in clinical titer. Methods:The research selected194medical nurses and185surgical nurses who haveregistered qualification certificate from China-Japan union hospital of JiLinuniversity Japanese by self-control methods. During collection the data of nursingtechniques, based care quality, nursing documents writing quality, the incidence ofadverse events in nursing, nurses, doctors, patient satisfaction surveys from Jun toJuly2013before applying PDCA management, then analysis of quality controlproblems over the project, held a forum to understand nurses baseline data, make andmodify plan. After applying PDCA management method for6months and12months, once again to draw the same number of nurses to test their technicaloperation, the same number of patients, nurses to survey their job satisfaction, analysis success rate of fundamental nursing, nursing documents writing success rate, the rate of nursing adverse events reported in a timely manner, and compared withthe baseline data, to verify the effectiveness of the PDCA management methods. Then analysis the incidence of adverse events, and compared with the baseline datato verify the effectiveness of the PDCA management. The quantitative data by mean±standard deviation description, comparison between groups with paired t testor paired rank and inspection; Adoption or forming to describing count data. UsingSPSS18.0software for statistical analysis. Results:After applying PDCA management, the satisfaction for nurses to enhance thelevel of knowledge (t=2.707, P=0.007), labor values (t=4.025, P <0.001),scheduling mode (t=4.511, P <0.001), on the overall level of hospital facilities andtechnology,(t=8.432, P<0.001), working atmosphere and interpersonal (t=6.138,P<0.001), administrative and logistical support (t=4.690, P <0.001), professionalidentity (t=6.112, P <0.001), them has improved, difference was statisticallysignificant. Compared the nurses’ scores of before the implementation of the PDCAcycle, implement PDCA cycle one year and six month, the difference wasstatistically significant (F=1305.405,P<0.001), Pairwise comparisons the scores ofbefore the implementation of the PDCA cycle, implement PDCA cycle one year andsix month, the all difference were statistically significant(P<0.001), and there is aupward trend. The basis of nursing success rate had improved from92.8%rise to95.9%, the difference has statistically significant significance (2=6.17,P=0.013).The rate of nursing adverse events reported have risen from84%to91.9%, thedifference have statistically significant significance (2=6.92,P=0.031). Nursingdocuments writing qualified is rising, the rate of operational handover form hasstatistically significant(2=13.603,P=0.034).Patients,satisfaction of nursing work isrising.Conclusions:1.The PDCA cycle management approach can improve nurse satisfaction.2.The PDCA cycle management approach can improve nurse operating testresults.3.The PDCA cycle management approach can improve primary care compliancerate.4.The PDCA cycle management approach can improve Nurses’ awareness and ability of quality of care and safety management, and it can improve timely reportingrate of care adverse events.5. The PDCA cycle management approach can improve the passing rate of basiccare file writing.6. After applying the PDCA cycle management, the care service satisfaction ofpatient keep rising at a high level.
