Objective: To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of hepatobiliary transposition in the treatment of optic atrophy.Method: This topic will be in changchun university of Chinese medicine hospital in January 2017-January 2018 in the eye treatment area was diagnosed with liver depression and qi stagnation type of 48 patients with optic nerve atrophy of as clinical research object,according to the random grouping method,divided into the treatment group(the original liver collaterals with acupuncture point method to find acupuncture combined with acupuncture point acupuncture eye week and mouse nerve growth factor muscle injection)24 cases,control group(eye acupuncture point acupuncture and mouse nerve growth factor muscle injection)24 cases,two period of treatment in this clinical study,each course of 14 days.The symptoms and signs of patients before and after treatment were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results: 1.The treatment group and control group before treatment of the age,sex and vision,visual evoked potential were compared between groups,P > 0.05,have no difference,there is no difference between two groups before treatment is,for the next test.2.Sight: the vision of the two groups before and after treatment,the change of the level of statistical test,X2 = 6.392,p = 0.041(p < 0.05),after treatment,the treatment group(total effective rate 91.67%)than the control group(total effective rate 66.67%)sight high efficient,vision compared the two groups after treatment had significant statistical significance.3.View the light sensitivity: the treatment group effective rate(95.83%)compared with control group 83.3%(effective)treatment before the rank and inspection was statistically significant(P > 0.05),showed that there was no significant difference,comparable.The comparison of measured values between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant,indicating that the improvement of the measurement values of the two groups was not obvious after the treatment.The measured value of the two groups after treatment was statistically treated with z=-0.681 and P > 0 0.05,which was not statistically significant,indicating no significant difference between the two groups.4.Visual evoked potential: the treatment group effective rate(83.33%)and control group in effective rate(66.67%),visual evoked potential P100 latency measurement compared by t test before treatment difference was statistically significant(P > 0.05),showed that there was no significant difference,comparable.Treatment group before and after their visual evoked potential VEP100 measured values,the parametric test,t = 3.015,p < 0.05 statistically significant,indicating that visual evoked potential P100 latency period after treatment measurements have improved.Compared with the control group before and after treatment,after the parameter test,t=-0.718,P BBB 0 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the measurement value of the P100 latency of visual evoked potentials was not significantly improved after treatment.After the treatment of the two groups,the measured value of the VEP100 incubation period was statistically treated with t=-2.346,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant,indicating that the measurement value of the visual evoked potential P100 in the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: the effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group in the statistical results of visual acuity,visual acuity and evoked potentials.Among them,two groups of visual acuity and visual evoked potentials were observed,and the results showed significant difference between the two groups after treatment.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups after the treatment of visual acuity sensitivity.So can be summed up as the original complex with the credit and acupuncture point method for liver and qi stagnation type optic atrophy in improving eyesight,improving vision,shorten the visual evoked potential P100 latency period were significantly higher in efficient,and for vision and visual evoked potential P100 latency improved obviously.
