Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of colon cancer with complete intestinal obstruction. Methods Collect included in the standard of the clinical data of 38 patients with colon cancer with complete intestinal obstruction were treated with surgical from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University Colorectal in 1th January 2013~31th December 2017.Results In the 38 patients of colon cancer with complete intestinal obstruction,26 cases of left hemicolon cancer and 12 cases of right hemicolon cancer were observed. In 26 cases of left hemicolon cancer,12 cases were first stage resection and anastomosis after intraoperative colonic irrigation, received first phase resection and colostomy in 11 cases,Simple oral decompression was performed in 3 cases;a total of 12 cases of right hemicolon cancer were first stage resection and anastomosis. There were 2 cases of firststage resection anastomosis and preventive terminal ileum double cavity in 12 cases of left hemicolon with first stage resection and anastomosis.38 cases of colon cancer with complete intestinal obstruction patients after surgical treatment,10 cases of patients with postoperative complications, including postoperative anastomotic fistula in 1 case,0 cases died, the incidence of postoperative complications rate was 26.32%(10/38),the incidence of postoperative anastomotic fistula rate in left hemicolon resection and anastomosis was 8.33%(1/12),the perioperative mortality was 0.00%(0/38).There weren’t postoperative complications observed in the 2 cases patients who underwent first stage resection anastomosis and preventive terminal ileum double cavity. The incidence of postoperative complications in left hemicolon first phase resection and anastomosis,Left hemicolon first phase resection and colostomy patients were 25.00%(3/12)and 45.45%(5/11),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).A left half colon resection and anastomosis,right-side colon resection and anastomosis of the incidence of postoperative complications was 25.00%(3/12),16.67%(2/12),The incidence of postoperative complications in left hemicolon first phase resection and anastomosis, right hemicolon first phase resection and anastomosis patients were 8.33%(1/12)and 0.00%(0/12),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion 1.The patients of left hemicolon cancer with complete intestinal obstruction, intraoperative colonic irrigation appropriately, lefthemicolon first phase resection and anastomosis may be safe and feasible as right hemicolon first phase resection and anastomosis as,and it was more advantageous than left hemicolon first phase resection and colostomy.2.Patients with the risk factors of anastomotic fistula in left hemicolon cancer with complete intestinal obstruction, first stage resection anastomosis and preventive terminal ileum double cavity is a safe and popularizing surgical method.
