Comparison Of Radical Resection Of Colon Cancer At Different Time After Stent Implantation In Obstructive Left Colon Cancer

Objective:The comparison of various clinical indexes after radical resection of colon cancer at different time after stent implantation in obstructive left colon cancer Methods:Through the collection of the affiliated Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 1,2010 to January 1,2018 due to the clinical data of obstructive left colon cancer patients underwent radical operation of intestinal stent placement in 43 cases of colon cancer patients,from the operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative defecation time and postoperative hospital stay were compared,and draw relevant conclusions.Results: The two groups were compared: group A(obstructive carcinoma of left colon stent over 2 weeks and less than 4 weeks of colon cancer patients undergoing radical resection(group B)and obstructive left colon cancer stent over 4 weeks for radical resection of colorectal cancer patients)compared the operation time,amount of bleeding.There were no differences in intestinal edema,protective stoma,defecation time and hospitalization days after operation in A group were better than the contrast group B,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Two groups of adverse reactions: the A group and the B group were compared to the incision infection,anastomotic fistula and intestinal edema.Conclusion:In this study,comparison of various clinical indicators for obstructive left colon cancer after stent implantation in different time for colon cancer after radical operation,A group of patients with defecation time and postoperative hospitalization time were better than those in B group,it can be concluded that the operation time of obstructive carcinoma of left colon stent selection over 2 weeks,in less than 4 weeks and the stent underwent surgical treatment,postoperative recovery for patients with superior.
