Objective: To investigate the occurrence rate, differences cause of postoperative intestinal obstruction of radical laparoscopic and open colorectal cancer, in order to early prevention and treatment. Methods: a randomized, controlled three hospitals of 120 cases of laparoscopic radical resection ofcolorectal cancer(T1-3N0M0) and 120 cases of open radical resection of colon cancer(T1-3N0M0), to compare the postoperative 1-5 years intestinal obstruction differences in the incidenceand prevention of difference. Results: laparoscopic colorectal cancer(T1-3N0M0) after radical resection of intestinal obstruction occurred in 2 cases(1.67%), after conservative treatment can be cured, and open colorectal cancer(T1-3N0M0) in intestinal obstruction occurred after radical resection of the incidence rate was 7.5%(9/120), including 7 cases of patients can be cured by conservative treatment, 2 patients needed through the operation treatment, repeated attacks of 4 people. Postoperative early inflammatory intestinal obstruction patients presented with adhesive intestinal obstruction, intestinal obstruction patients accounted for 44.4%.Two groups of patients(1-5 years) showed no tumor recurrence, illustrate the operation effect is good, 5 years survival rate of patients with the same. Two cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction occurred in incidence were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer(T1-3N0M0) can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction. Different stages of early inflammatory intestinal obstruction and intestinal obstruction due to adhesions belongs to postoperative ileus after operation, there was close relationship between the.
