Objective To investigate the correlation between different energy prescriptions and postoperative nutritional indices, inflammatory indices and postoperative complications in patients with obstructive colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 97 patients admitted to general surgery department from January2017 to September 2021 due to acute intestinal obstruction, who underwent emergency surgery and were pathologically confirmed as colorectal cancer after surgery were collected. The patients were screened for nutritional risk based on patient records and return visit(Nutrition risk screening 2002,NRS2002)nutrition scale evaluation, calculate the energy intake of the enrolled patients within seven days after surgery, according to the nutritional assessment results and the average value of the actual energy intake within seven days after surgery in the percentage of the target energy,Its divided into no nutritional risk low thermal energy intake card group of normal energy intake,no nutritional risk group, nutritional risk low thermal energy intake and nutritional risk normal energy intake, and collect the perioperative patients with routine blood, serum albumin, prealbumin, liver function and renal function and other laboratory indexes and the postoperative complications and its severity. The differences of postoperative nutritional indicators, inflammatory factors and other laboratory indicators and the incidence of complications in different energy intake groups under different nutritional risks were analyzed and compared, and the correlation between energy and other factors and postoperative complications was comprehensively analyzed. Results In no nutritional risk patients, normal energy intake infection of incision, incidence, gastric retention rate is relatively low thermal energy intake group is high, the normal energy intake in patients with nutritional risk patients postoperative creatinine, the overall incidence of complications after operation, the incidence of gastric retention and hospitalization days were higher than in low thermal calories intake group(P < 0.05).Univariate screening showed that gender, preoperative albumin level, and energy intake within 3 days and 7 days after surgery had statistical significance with the incidence of postoperative complications(P < 0.05).Multivariate correlation analysis showed that low preoperative albumin level and high postoperative energy intake within 7 days were independent risk factors for postoperative complications(P < 0.05).Conclusions 1.Early postoperative low caloric energy intake in patients with obstructive colorectal cancer can reduce the burden of gastrointestinal tract and kidney, reduce inflammatory response, reduce the incidence of incision infection, and effectively shorten the hospitalization period of patients.2.Low preoperative albumin level and high early postoperative energy intake in patients with obstructive colorectal cancer will increase the incidence of postoperative complications.
