| Objective:To observe and study the clinical curative effect of Sanshensan Sanshensan(SSSs)on improving the intelligence level of patients with vascular dementia of Taiyin by extraction and processing of Sanshen Yizhi capsule.Methods:A total of 60 inpatients with vascular dementia of Taiyin were selected from the Department of Encephalopathy and Rehabilitation Department of traditional Chinese Medicine in Yanbian traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,including 25 males and 35 females,aged between 65 and 80 years.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n ?30)and control group(n = 30).The control group was treated with Xidazen orally,1-2mg-1,3 times a day,and the treatment group was treated with Sanshen Yizhi capsule,which was prepared by adding the same amount of Schisandra Schisandra to the medicine prescription,and then made into ointment,then freeze-dried into powder.Finally,the capsule,each capsule weight about 0.5 g,each take two capsules,morning and evening each time.The two groups were treated with 15 days as a course of treatment.After 4 consecutive courses of treatment,the MMSE,ADL and hemorheology indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.The mean blood flow velocities of anterior cerebral artery(ACAA)and middle cerebral artery(MCA)and the contents of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were measured by transcranial Doppler.Two groups of numerical values were used to evaluate the intelligence level of Sanshen Yizhi capsule in improving the intelligence level of vascular dementia in Taiyin people,and to improve its antioxidation and improvement.The ability of vascular endothelium and the effect of changing blood flow dynamics provide scientific clinical basis for the treatment of vascular dementia and the development and utilization of drugs in Korean medicine.During medication,the patient ceases to take any other medication for vascular dementia.Results:After 4 courses of treatment,the score of MMSE in the treatment group of Tai Yin vascular dementia was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the ADL score of the treatment group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).The hemorheology and Sanshen Yizhi capsule were significantly higher than those in the control group in improving the blood viscosity of patients with Taiyin vascular dementia(P<0.05).The mean blood flow velocity and pulsatile index of ACA and MCA in Taiyin human vascular dementia were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The value of SOD in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the value of MDA in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The scores of MMSE ADL were significantly higher than those of the control group,which indicated that Sanshen Yizhi capsule could improve the intelligence level of vascular dementia patients and improve their clinical symptoms.The treatment group was obviously superior to the control group,indicating that Sanshen Yizhi capsule could improve the blood viscosity and other hemorheological indexes.The TCD data of the treatment group showed that the mean blood flow velocity of ACA and MCA in patients with vascular dementia after treatment with Sanshen Yizhi capsule was higher than that before treatment,suggesting that Sanshen Yizhi capsule could increase the cerebral blood flow velocity of vascular dementia patients.After intravenous blood sampling,the data of SOD and MDA showed that the content of SOD in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,while the content of MDA was lower than that in the control group,suggesting that Sanshen Yizhi capsule could remove oxygen free radicals and protect brain tissue.It is of great significance to maintain the function of endothelial cells and blood vessels in the brain. |
