Curative Effect Of Jianghuang Yizhi Capsule On Vascular Dementia And Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome And MRI-ASL Perfusion Imaging

Objective:Through Jianghuang-yizhi capsule in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in patients with vascular dementia,clinical analysis of Jianghuangyizhi capsule in the treatment of vascular dementia,and the brain MRI-ASL perfusion imaging reaction microvascular perfusion to investigate the structure and mechanism of Jianghuang-yizhi capsule on the treatment of vascular dementia tanyuzuluo syndrome.Methods:Using completely randomized controlled trials,2015 07 to December 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine hospital or outpatient patients met the diagnostic criteria for vascular dementia,included in the standard case,62 cases were collected,according to the proportion of 1:1 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,31 cases in each group.The test group turmeric yizhi capsule treatment,control group was treated with Nicergoline Tablets.The course of treatment was 3 months,and after treatment for 1months,after treatment for 3 months as observation points.The changes of the scale score,TCM syndrome and the MRI-ASL perfusion(r CBF)in the brain were observed.Results:1.TCM syndrome curative effect The total effective rate of the two groups of TCM syndrome was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group?2.MMSE scale score There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment at the observation time of 3 months(P<0.05).Difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that the two drugs can improve the intelligence level of the patients,but the treatment is better than the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment at the observation time of 6 months(P<0.01).There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that the two drugs can improve the intelligence level of the patients,but the treatment is better than the control group3.NIHSS scale score: Two groups after treatment,the observation time of 3 months was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that the two drugs could improve the intelligence level of the patients,but the improvement was better than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment at the observation time of 6months(P<0.01).There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).These results suggest that the two drugs can improve the neurological deficit,but the treatment is better than the control group.4.Local perfusion(r CBF): Two groups after treatment,the observation time of 6months was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.01).There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that the two drugs can improve the blood flow of the brain,but the treatment is better than the control group.5.No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Objective:Through Jianghuang-yizhi capsule in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in patients with vascular dementia,clinical analysis of Jianghuangyizhi capsule in the treatment of vascular dementia,and the brain MRI-ASL perfusion imaging reaction microvascular perfusion to investigate the structure and mechanism of Jianghuang-yizhi capsule on the treatment of vascular dementia tanyuzuluo syndrome.Conclusion:Jianghuang-yizhi capsule can be more effective in the treatment of VD,improve the patient's intelligence,neurological deficit and local cerebral blood flow perfusion,promote nerve function recovery,and less adverse reactions,good safety.
