Clinical Observation Of Compound Cistanche Yizhi Capcule In The Treatment Of Senile Period Vascular Dementia

Objective: Through clinical observation, to observe the clinical curativeeffect of Compound Cistanche Yizhi Capsule in the treatment of senile vascular dementia, and explore its action mechanism.Methods: To collect old age(>60 years old) in patients with vascular dementia(60 people are in accord with the TCM liver and kidney deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome), randomly, divided the 60 men into 2 groups, each group of 30 people, the treatment group was given Compound Cistanche Yizhi Capsule treatment, the control group was given piracetam treatment, treatment for 3 months. Before and after treatment respectively to give the MMSE score was two, comparing the change of the total clinical efficacy and MMSE integral.Results: Compound Cistanche Yizhi Capsule treatment group total effectiveness is 90%, better than piracetam group 50%(P<0.01), MMSE integral treatment improved after better than piracetam group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of Compound Cistanche Yizhi Capsule in treating vascular dementia is exact, and drug safety.
