Temporary support as a temporary accessory tool occupies a vital position in the construction of prefabricated concrete(PC)construction and installation technology.The safety and stability of the temporary support directly affect the safety of the late lifting and pouring operations,which directly threatens the safety of the person and the property.Therefore,the study of the safety assessment and control of the temporary support has extremely important research value.This paper aims to improve the accuracy and scientificity of the conclusions of the construction unit to improve the safety evaluation conclusion of the temporary support and to reduce the incidence of safety accidents in the construction process.In order to improve the accuracy and scientificity of the conclusions of the safety assessment evaluation and reduce the incidence of safety accidents in the construction process,this paper finds out one of the most widely used forms of temporary support for the construction of industrial buildings(by galvanized steel pipe And I-beam or channel connection)for the safety assessment and control of the study,other forms of support temporarily considered.The main contents are as follows:(1)Study on the basic theory and application of temporary support in construction process of building industrial PC.Combined with the status of temporary support field research and analysis,and access to the relevant literature,systematically sort out the construction of industrial PC construction process of the temporary support of the theoretical basis,including the definition and composition of temporary support,classification model and stability calculation method,and points out the current security problems of temporary support in the construction of PC industrial construction in China,and provides the theoretical basis for the research and practice.(2)Study on safety evaluation index of temporary support in construction process of building industrial PC.Through the field research to sort out the PC construction process of temporary support the impact of security factors and assessment of the content,and use SAP2000 software to simulate and analyze the individual influencing factors of construction and design calculation,material characteristics,construction technology and on-site safety management,qualitative analysis of other factors,and then based on the analysis results to build a construction of industrial PC construction process of temporary support safety assessment index system.(3)Study on safety evaluation model of temporary support in construction process of building industrial PC.In view of the characteristics of the current assembly construction process in China,combined with field research and expert consultation,the qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods of their own characteristics and applicability of the induction analysis,based on the structural evaluation system,the safety evaluation model of the construction process is constructed based on the theory of structural entropy weight and reliability measure.Analyze the influence degree of each index on the temporary support safety of the construction industry,and find out the key influencing factors.(4)Study on safety control of temporary support in construction of PC industrial construction.In order to avoid the occurrence of safe and casualty accidents caused by temporary support,on the basis of the evaluation model of the third chapter,according to the different evaluation results of the project and the analysis of the key safety vulnerabilities analyzed,combined with the temporary support construction technology andJGJ300-2013,JGJ162-2008 and other relevant technical standards,given targeted technical management and control measures.(5)Empirical study on safety assessment model of temporary support in construction process of building industrial PC.Taking the five projects as an example,this paper uses the safety evaluation model to evaluate the safety grade.Finally,a quantitative evaluation result is given to verify the feasibility and applicability of the model,and according to the assessment results combined with the chapter four of security control measures from both technical and management measures.
