Safety Analysis And Countermeasure Research On The Construction Of Temporary Road Maintenance

With the continuous development of China's road infrastructure,China's highway mileage increased year by year,the existing road service life is growing.With the development of society and economy,the traffic volume of highway is more and more big,and the demand for road is higher and higher.Therefore the amount of maintenance and construction of highway in our country has increased year by year,in addition to the maintenance and expansion of large and medium-sized repair,routine maintenance and repair work of road engineering is also growing,due to temporary road pavement maintenance is unpredictable and specialoperation frequently,working in a larger proportion of maintenance.In the temporary maintenance and construction of roads,generally take the way of road construction,the construction process must remain in road traffic condition.It is easy to cause traffic accidents if the construction area is not reasonable and can not meet the requirements of the driver.Therefore,it is of great significance to solve the problem of safe construction and traffic safety of temporary road construction work.Temporary road pavement maintenance in addition to have the same characteristics of pavement maintenance: normal road construction,reduce road traffic capacity,traffic characteristics change,and there is a serious safety problems of construction,but also with occasional,small effects,short time and other characteristics,leading to the construction work site safety protection is not seriously,often lead to traffic accidents.At present,the domestic made on construction of maintenance procedures,norms,but not the application range of facilities to make a division,lack for different types of work zone safety facilities for maintenance work division,the construction area of different working position of the operation area without setting method of system analysis.This paper study on the features of the temporary maintenance and construction operations,maintenance and construction work according to the temporary Lane form,traffic flow characteristics,from the perspective of behavioral cognitive dynamic driving demand analysis of drivers' behavior characteristics in the temporary maintenance work zone,the reasonable length of temporary maintenance construction road construction work zone safety comfort;construction safety combining with the current situation of Beijing city Changping District road temporary maintenance work,starting from the security requirements of the construction unit construction site of the human,machine,material safety and traffic,for different grades of road maintenance and construction of temporary work area influenced by the type of operation,characteristics and driving characteristics of traffic safety analysis and research,comprehensive optimization set the safety and facility layout of temporary road maintenance and construction work area of the road.
