Study On Architecture Industry Safety Culture Construction Based On The Situation Of China

The ultimate aim of human production is to meet all mankind's material life and spiritual needs. According to Maslow's "needing layer" theory, safety is the most basic need among all needs. Since the introduction of the reform and opening policy, the architecture industry has a high place in national economy. However, in the process of economic growth, safety issues are worrying. At present, as the intensity of the national management increased, the producing situation of architecture industry has been improved. But compared with other developed country architecture industry, the situation is still very grim, especially after the expiration of China's WTO architecture protecting period , facing the increasing fierce pressure of competition from foreign construction enterprises. So it is imperative to solve the problems of safety. To such a situation, this thesis proposes that the safety culture is applied to the solution of the problem of the architecture industry safety under our country's specific situation. Through building the system of safety culture construction, it will be consulting and promoting to achieve the aim to solve systematically China's architecture industry safety problem.We start with China's architecture safety management status and analyze the reasons leading to the current unsafe status more deeply, making using of systems engineering, management, safety economics and other disciplines theory. From the analysis, we get the factors such as management Functional departments of institutional reform, production management responsibilities unclear, local government, construction companies, the personal sense of weak management and other major factor. For these factors, the thesis put forward an idea to solve the problem, that is building construction safety culture building systems and building the architecture safety culture. The systemic character of architecture safety culture make the decision of multi-directional and multi-angle building the system. The paper has done a more detailed exposition in various ways of ideas or construction model about how to building the safety culture of the main bodies of the system.We learn from the well-known foreign country'enterprises advanced experience of safety culture construction in the process of building architecture enterprise safety culture. We use the experience flexibly and we create the China's architecture industry safety culture building model, which is suitable for the national conditions. Finally, the paper make a qualitative and quantitative analysis about the benefits generated by architecture enterprise safety culture. The acquisition of quantitative data comes from the construction of a safety culture-effective input-output model. Establishing model can explain that safety culture have an effect on development of production of architecture industry in a quantitative way and in economic terms. At the same time, the result obtained from the model can reflect the insufficiency that exists in the process of the safety culture construction for the revision and the improvement.
