Combining the operational features of construction projects in our country, introduces the virtual enterprise into construction industry, through the further research about the feasibility analysis, operational principles, organizational structure and role assignment, etc, and putting the advanced information sharing technology of construction industry, BIM technology, as an information and management platform, finally completes the establishment of project building process about the virtual enterprise of construction industry, achieves the collaboration between the members of the unit, improves the utilization rate of resources, it is of great significance and application value to improve the management status of Chinese construction enterprises.
