With the development of the Internet and e-commerce,the express delivery volume has grown rapidly and a large number of unrecoverable express packages have been produced, which not only wastes resources but also pollutes the environment.College students as the main consumers have boosted the growth of express packages in campus.Colleges have become one of the most important places for express package consumption. The amount of express packages is large but the sources are scattered. As a result, too many links in the recycling process make the recycling costs too high and a complete recycling system has not yet been established. Therefore,it is very necessary to promote the stability of the recycling logistics system by clarifying the costs and studying the benefit distribution mechanism of the recycling members.Firstly, through the data collation, the consumption environment, consumption characteristics, and recycling utilization status of college express packages were introduced. The conclusions that used express package resources are easy to form spatial aggregation in colleges, college express package consumption is seasonal,periodical,species-concentrated,and large in quantity were obtained. From the qualitative point of view, the feasibility and necessity of college express package recycling were illustrated.Secondly, based on the operation process links, the cost composition of the college express package recycling logistics system was sorted out.Taking the minimum unit recycling cost as the goal,a mathematical model was established to describe the different recycling channels. In addition, the optimal college express package recycling channel was defined with the background of colleges.Thirdly, based on the analysis of college express package recycling revenue, from the perspective of supply chain, the revenue and expense sharing contract was used to analyze the interest distribution and supply chain coordination of the "consumer-college express service provider-express package manufacturer" recycling channel model.Considering that the winter and summer vacation,Double 11 and other special periods caused by the change in college express package demand and recycling scale at the same time, the revenue and expense sharing contract parameter was adjusted to re-implement supply chain coordination.Fourthly, according to the difference between the amount of recycling and the amount of use,the Shapley value method that introduces the recycling utility contribution rate was used to build the coalition interest distribution mechanism for college express package recycling alliance members. This paper quantitatively described the cost of college express package recycling channels. It also analyzed the issue of interest distribution of college express package recycling participants based on supply chain coordination. They both provide a reference for improving the college express packages recycling system and promoting the green development of express delivery industry.
