Recycling and reusing products are important measures to solve resource shortage and environmental pollution which are becoming more and more serious.Enterprises pay a certain amount of effort to implement relevant recycling projects to provide users with convenient recycling services, improve the efficiency of recycling and then increase the amount of recycling. On the other hand, higher recycling efforts are conducive to the establishment of corporate recycling goodwill, forming a certain degree of customer loyalty. The "Internet+recycling" recycling mode of waste electronic products and the green travel service of sharing bicycles have been born with the rapid development of Internet technology and the propaganda of shared economy.Considering the goodwill recovery factor,it is important to explore the supply chain decision-making and coordination under different scenarios. The main research work and conclusions are as follows.Firstly, the price decision-making and coordination of the scrap electronic product supply chain in which recyclers compete are studied.Third-party platform recycles waste electronic products from consumers and transfers them to two competing recyclers.Based on this,a Stamberg game model dominated by third-party platform is constructed to study the recycling efforts under centralization and decentralization and the recycling pricing of two recyclers.Research shows that with the intensification of competition among recyclers, recycling price and recycling efforts continue to improve, and the profits of third-party platforms and the entire supply chain continue to increase. The impact of market share of recyclers depends on the size of initial market share.Recyclers who tend to develop in a balanced way(market share is close to the average level)are beneficial to the platform and the whole supply chain(with larger profits). When the recovery goodwill is high, the third-party platform reduces the recovery price and improves the recovery effort level, and its profit increases. The contract of "cost-sharing+ two-step pricing"was designed to determine the proportion of cost-sharing and the scope of subsidies, and the supply chain coordination of product recovery was realized.Secondly,we analyze the decision-making of dual-channel supply chain with differentiated recovery goodwill.Using the Hotelling model for reference,Considering the difference between third-party platform and channel,we construct two channel recovery functions respectively. The third-party platform decides the online recovery price, the channel provider decides the offline recovery price and the recovery effort level, and explores the influence of recovery goodwill on the recovery price and the recovery effort level of the channel provider. The dominant position of third-party platforms is based on a higher recovery goodwill.Regardless of the power structure of the supply chain, the realization of offline channels needs to meet certain conditions for recovery of goodwill.Therefore,third-party platforms will choose strong and high-goodwill channel merchants as partners to expand offline recovery channels.Channel merchants recycle goodwill is small, because offline recycling is also part of the revenue of third-party platforms,third-party platforms will not take strong price measures. When the recycling goodwill of channel merchants is large, the third-party platform will raise the recycling price, enhance its competitive power and increase the recycling volume of online channels.Regardless of the power structure of the supply chain, the efforts of channel providers decrease with the increase of their own goodwill. This paper further explores the scenario of selling recycled electronic products from first-tier cities to third-tier and fourth-tier cities, and analyses the closed-loop recycling of waste electronic products from third-tier and fourth-tier cities. It is found that the sensitivity of convenience in recycling and recycling goodwill effect has a greater impact on the level of recycling efforts, and has a smaller impact on sales price and recycling price.Thirdly, the static Shared-bicycle recycling strategy based on recycling goodwill is studied. The damage of bicycles affects the recovery goodwill of enterprises.Considering the effect of recovery efforts on recovery goodwill,a differential game model between bicycle operators and manufacturers is constructed.Assuming that the recovery effort level is a static variable, the operator as the leader first determines the recovery effort level, then the bicycle manufacturer determines the wholesale price, and finally the operator determines the rent.On the basis of cost sharing, four different revenue sharing modes are designed to compare the rent and recovery efforts under different contracts, and analyze the impact of share proportion on decision variables and profits.A linear transfer payment contract based on cost sharing is designed to achieve supply chain coordination.Greater recovery goodwill sensitivity encourages operators to improve their recovery efforts, and over time operators continue to improve rent and recovery efforts. In addition, whether the enterprise shares the deposit does not change the level of rent and recovery efforts. The deposit is only a tool to adjust the profit distribution among members, but the proportion of rent sharing affects the level of rent and recovery efforts, which in turn affects the bicycle use of consumers. Finally, the dynamic Shared-bicycle recycling strategy based on recycling goodwill is studied.Assuming that manufacturers pursue short-term benefits due to cost constraints and other factors,a closed-loop bicycle supply chain dominated by operators and followed by manufacturers is constructed.Under the dynamic environment, the order of decision-making is operator's decision-making rent, manufacturer's decision-making wholesale price and operator's decision-making recovery effort.Regarding the recovery rate as the evaluation index of environmental benefits, the paper compares the recovery rate under the short-term and long-term interests pursued by operators and the main profits of each supply chain, and explores the consistency of economic benefits and environmental benefits. When the cost of recovery and maintenance is higher than the cost of purchase, the higher cost of recovery hinders the realization of win-win economic and environmental benefits.Enterprises pursuing long-term interests invest more in recycling efforts, which is conducive to the improvement of environmental benefits.Higher recovery and maintenance efforts improve the goodwill of enterprises,so users are willing to accept high rent, which in turn encourages operators to improve recovery and maintenance efforts, forming a virtuous circle. In addition, intact quantity, recovery effort sensitivity coefficient and recovery goodwill sensitivity coefficient have positive effects on rent and recovery effort level, and reverse effects on wholesale price.
